On one of her best assets, her skin: "I've always been told I have good skin so I try and look after it as much as possible. I usually deep cleanse and exfoliate my skin four times a week. I get a gentle peel from my facialist that takes away all the dead cells on the surface, and then I focus on moisturisation." "When I'm flying a lot, I have to make extra effort with my skin, even if it's just using a quick hot cloth wash and applying organic oils. Anything will do – one time, I even applied olive oil." "I work out a lot and that's helped me to maintain a more youthful face because when you do a lot of cardiovascular exercise, it boosts your blood flow. I believe exercise is an essential part of your beauty regime and it's also a great stress reliever. It's very important to battle stress as, in the end, it really shows on your face. On motherhood being her ultimate goal: I don't really have a plan. I've lived a very big life, and I don't feel my age, and I feel like I was born to be a mother. Sometimes people speak about [having kids] like, "Your life ends—you're never going to be able to do anything again!" And I'm like, "What are you talking about?" Motherhood is the most beautiful, exciting thing, and there's nothing that I feel like I can't accomplish while having children in my life. On the celebrity figure she admires most: "It's got to be Jennifer (Aniston). She's so active and had to be in a bikini for Just Go With It – she just had this glow about her. I was a bit awestruck! I was invited to do yoga with her on set but they had so many good yogis I was intimidated and chickened out." On being strong versus being just good looking: "The biggest thing for me about being with Andy is that athletes in general tend to appreciate different things about women's bodies. They're not so concerned with how someone looks, more about how strong and healthy they are. For me, marriage has taken the emphasis off my looks and appearance – the emphasis modeling ingrained in me – and given me a healthier outlook on the female form. Being married to an athlete has changed my perception of women and what my body is capable of." On how tempting junk food is: "Imagine the best junk food you've ever seen, available 24 hours a day – that's what sets are like. There are sweets and doughnuts in front of me all the time. My rule of thumb is that if I'm working, I eat healthily. I have such a sweet tooth that I can't let myself indulge because work is where I spend most of my time, so when I'm at work, no bad food." … says Brooklyn in Women’s Health magazine.
