"Minor setback" in Bret Michaels's recovery, says rep.

Bret Michaels's recovery from his brain hemorrhage has undergone a "minor setback" which can lead to seizures.

"Michaels remains under 24-hour observation in the ICU and is in positive spirits. He is responding well to tests and treatments," the reps say in a statement. "Even though today was a minor setback, doctors remain hopeful for a full recovery."

The 47 year-old rocker suffers from a side effect called hyponatremia -- a lack of sodium in the body, which leads to seizures.

The doctors are "hopeful that Bret will gradually improve as the blood surrounding the brain dissolves and is reabsorbed into his system, which can be a very painful recovery and take several weeks to months."

Tito Ortiz reveals Jenna Jameson Oxycontin Addiction (VIDEO)

Allegations of Oxycontin addiction is now in the center of the domestic incident between Jenna Jameson and live-in partner Tito Ortiz.

Tito claims his girlfriend Jenna is addicted to the powerful prescription painkiller OxyContin and he found drugs in their home which started the argument and confrontation that ended to his arrest for felony domestic violence.

In a a press conference, Tito's lawyer Chip Matthews said, "Jenna has been fighting a battle with OxyContin addiction for the past year. For Tito and her family this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately this morning she had a relapse. Tito was trying to help her, she has threatened suicide before. Tito has done everything in his power to protect her privacy and the privacy of their children."

Matthews also said that Ortiz never ever laid a hand on Jameson.

According to Jenna Jameson, the accusation about Oxycontin is false and during the argument, she "said something very hurtful to his ego." Jenna claims that Tito threw her into the bathtub causing her to tore two ligaments on her shoulder.

Jenna gave birth to the couple's twin sons, Jesse and Journey, in March 2009.

Miley Cyrus "Can't Be Tamed!"

Miley Cyrus' new album "Can't Be Tamed" will be available on June 22 and the title track will premiere on MySpace this Friday (April 30) with a radio release on May 3.

According to the press release, Can't Be Tamed is "a self-empowering song in which Miley asserts that she has to stay true to herself in relationships, and it is sure to become an anthem among her legions of fans around the world."

Meanwhile, Miley is set to star in the English-language remake of "L.O.L.: Laughing Out Loud" with Demi Moore. Story about a 15-year-old girl who, dumped by her more sexually experienced boyfriend, sets her sights on his best friend. At the same time, her 40-year-old divorcee mother is struggling to move on with her life.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon wants their romance flaming with love as they decided to renew their vows every year.
Preparing to renew their vows for their second wedding anniversary, Cannon said, "I encourage everybody to do it. If you are happy and in love, celebrate it!"

"Don't everybody do that?" the America's Got Talent host asked. "Don't, like, Heidi Klum and Seal do the same thing every year? It's just something fun to celebrate. We renew our vows and exchange gifts."
Having a curvy figure, Mariah Carey also denies speculation she's expecting her first child, her rep. says, "not pregnant."

Jesse James back in public Without Wedding Ring

Jesse James was spotted in public again minus his wedding ring after his stint in a treatment facility to deal with his "personal issues".

Just recently, his future ex-wife Sandra Bullock was also spotted without her wearing ring during her hiking in Northern California.

Both will rude solo but no legal divorce papers have been filed yet.

Tito Ortiz arrested for Domestic Violence (Jenna Jameson) - video

UFC fighter Tito Ortiz was arrested for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson. He was was taken to the Huntington Beach jail in Orange County. (April 26)

With her "visible injuries", Jenna Jameson said, "I'm gonna be alright. My babies are alright...everything's OK.. he's in jail."

Jenna also announced that she's quitting twitter, "I'm sorry to all of my fans, but I'm going to be quitting Twitter. I cant take any more abuse from ANYONE.. To my sweet fans...thank you".

Tito made a $50,000 bail and was released from jail. [Video below]
