Ivanka Trump: “I drink almost no water” Posted: 17 May 2010 01:07 PM PDT Ivanka Trump recently opened up about her eating habits – let’s hear her out: "Discipline in what I eat is my biggest diet challenge. I know I don't eat enough salads and things like that." "My friends would say I don't hold back. I constantly rely on the fact that I'm 28 years old, and I just hope that my metabolism stays with me for a few more years, at which point I'll have to start limiting these things a little bit." "I drink almost no water, which is very bad for me. It's not particularly good. When I do drink water, I drink sparkling water, which I'm not sure is quite as healthy. I drink a lot of tomato juice. Naomi Campbell “Cleans Her Body” with a 600 Calorie Diet Posted: 17 May 2010 09:46 AM PDT From Daily Mail: Naomi famously claimed in 1999 that she ‘never diets’, but more than a decade on she confessed on Oprah Winfrey’s talk show that maintaining her slim frame isn’t easy. She revealed she regularly turns to the extreme Maple Syrup Diet, which involves consuming under 600 calories a day. ‘I try to do this three times a year,’ she said. ‘The most I’ve ever done it for is 18 days. It’s good just to clean out your body once in a while.’ ‘If there is bread on the table, he’s (her boyfriend) like: “Don’t eat bread”,’ she said. But the daily intake of under 600 calories – a third of the recommended amount for a woman – means it is low on energy. What do you guys think about Naomi’s measures to stay lean?
