"Heroes" Adrian Pasdar avoided Jail time; pled no contest to one misdemeanor charge of DUI

"Heroes" star Adrian Pasdar dodged jail time after he pled no contest to one misdemeanor charge of DUI over his January 27 arrest.

According to TMZ, the 45 year-old actor was "sentenced to 36 months probation, ordered to pay a $395 fine plus penalties, and must complete one alcohol education program and ten AA meetings".

Pasdar was arrested for DUI after being spotted driving more than 90 mph and zigzagging on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles.

Mena Suvari weds Simone Sestito in Vatican City

Actress Mena Suvari and music producer Simone Sestito tied the knot in a church in Vatican City on Saturday (June 26).

According to People, one of the guest says, The ceremony was truly unique and Mena looked breathtaking. They are very much in love."

The American Beauty star and Sestito met in 2007 at the Toronto Film Festival and he popped the question in July of 2008 during a vacation to Jamaica.

This is the second marriage for Suvari, who married cinematographer Robert Brinkman in 2000 and hey divorced in 2005 citing irreconcilable differences.

"The Social Network" - First Teaser Trailer

Columbia Pictures has released the first teaser trailer for David Fincher-directed film, "The Social Network". The teaser is definitely intriguing and they want to set our mind with the film's conspiracy drama surrounding the creation of the social network site.

Popularly known as the Facebook movie based on Ben Mezrich's book "The Accidental Billionaires" which is all about the founding and evolution of Facebook and the the people behind it.


Starring Jesse Eisenberg, Justin Timberlake, Brenda Song, Rashida Jones, Joseph Mazzello, Rooney Mara, Andrew Garfield, Armie Hammer, Josh Pence, Malese Jow, Max Minghella, Trevor Wright and Dakota Johnson.

It will hit the theaters on October 1, 2010.

Vanessa Bryant talks about feud with Khloe Kardashian

The rumored feud between Kobe Bryant's wife Vanessa Bryant and Lamar Odom's wife Khloe Kardashian is gaining media attention but Vanessa denies the said "hate" issue and she wants to set the record straight.

Vanessa told ET, "I have been a Laker wife for the past 10 years and I've never had an issue with anyone, especially any of the Laker wives. Celebrating your first NBA championship is an exciting time, I know because I've shared five along with my husband. My focus will remain spending quality time with my husband and children this summer. I look forward to supporting the Lakers on their quest for another championship next season."

It was reported by In Touch Weekly' that allegedly Vanessa really "hates" Khloe and her entire family for being attention seekers. Also allegedly, Vanessa refuses to invite Khloe to events with the other Lakers wives.

Her fiance/rapper-producer Swizz Beatz told Good Day New York the special blessing for her upcoming baby, "We were doing an event for Bobbi Bear under a special tree where a lot of kids who have been abused come to get special healing to have positive energy in their lives. It turned into this ceremony that I didn't know about. I felt like I was on Punk'd or something! But, yes we had a special blessing [for our child]."

Last month, Key's announced that she's engaged to be married this year and a big blessing is on the way!!

Justin Bieber's mom Pattie Lynn Malette will not pose for Playboy

Teen superstar Justin Bieber got a cool-rocking dad and now Playboy wants her mother Pattie Lynn Malette to be a certified one hot momma! Reportedly, the glossy men's mag offered $50,000 to Justin's mother to pose topless (but not totally nude) in the upcoming issue.

Justin's rep denies reports saying, "Absolutely false." and it is against with their religions belief.
Bieber rep. told RadarOnline, "While natures beauty in any form is worthy of appreciation, Justin's mom Patricia is a born again Christian."

He added, "There is no truth that she would ever pose in Playboy, as it goes against her religion."
Thank God, she's not like the other moms who will do anything to get into action for fame.

“Pretty Wild” star Alexis Neiers is now in Jail

"Pretty Wild" star Alexis Neiers is now behind bars to served his sentenced for her involvement in the highly-buzz Burglar Bunch crimes. She was sentenced to six months in jail.

The mugshot above was taken before she entered the women's jail in Lynwood, California which is the same place Paris Hilton spent her ass behind bars back in 2007.

Alexis Neiers pleaded no contest in stealing expensive items worth $600k from the home of actor Orlando Bloom.

Oksana Grigorieva Files Restraining Order Against Mel Gibson

Singer Oksana Grigorieva is reportedly is the first one who filed a restraining order against Mel Gibson for domestic violence not the other way around.

Oksana went to the family law court and claimed that Mel was "extremely violent" and she wants a restraining order "prohibiting Mel from having any contact with her".

"Octo-Mel" indeed filed a restraining order against his baby mama but it is only to prohibit Oksana from releasing certain information and Mel'scamp to modify the visitation issues to their daughter Lucia.

Gibson and Grigorieva decided to split up last April and Oksana hinted a deeper issue on their break-up.

Checkout the latest poster and TV spot in GMA-7-Philippine adaptation of Koreanovela hit "Endless Love: Autumn in My Heart" starring Dingdong Dantes (Johnny) and the lovely Marian Rivera (Jenny). [Video Below]
Johnny and Jenny grew up as siblings. Little did they know, that Jenny came from a different family as there was a mixed up at the hospital where she was born. The switch came to light when Jenny was involved in a car accident and it was discovered that her blood type was different from her parents. Jenny's life took a complete turn when the two girls were returned to their respective families. After what happened, Johnny's family decided to go to America, and Jenny was left living in a sordid condition with her real family in Philippines. Years after, Johnny returned to the country and by chance the two former siblings were reunited.

Christopher De Leon in "Maalaala Mo Kaya"

Philippines' award-winning dramatic actor Christopher De Leon will headline another heartwarming episode of "Maalaala Mo Kaya", ABS-CBN's longest-running drama anthology.
Christopher plays the role of Buloy, a barangay official whose wife and daughter desert him. In his loneliness and yearning for a family, he spearheads a children's choir in their town and spends the majority of his time training them to sing like pros. He even brings them to a nearby beach where they perform vocalization exercises. But behind his usual demeanor is a dying man who desperately wants to make a difference to fill the emptiness in his heart. Is it enough to surround himself with energetic and talented kids to make his misery go away? Will he ever get the chance to resolve his personal conflicts before it's too late?

Other cast includes Bangs Garcia as Mabel (Buloy's daughter), Mica Torre, Kyle Balili, Aubrey Caraan, Amy Nobleza, Shane Hermogenes, Kiray Celis and Makisig Morales.

Directed by Rechie del Carmen and the airing date, Saturday June 26.
