Megan Foxs New Armani Ad, Says Her Abs Are Retouched | celebrity quotes

Megan Fox’s new Armani ad was just revealed – it’s black & white (of course), it’s focusing on Megan’s thin figure in lingerie and, unlike the first batch of Armani ads that featured her, it’s revealing Megan’s famous Marilyn tattoo.

How do you guys like it? Is it sexy? Is it pretty? Share your thoughts!

Megan Foxs New Armani Ad, Says Her Abs Are Retouched | celebrity quotes

UPDATE: Megan confessed in Allure Magazine that her abs got retouched in the Armani shots… But she wasn’t made skinnier – she was actually softened! Here’s what she says regarding the above photo:

It’s so uncomfortable doing photo shoots, so uncomfortable having to look at myself all the time. I hate it. I’ve seen this photo before, which is why I can look at it. People always airbrush me, they airbrush my stomach because it looks like I have a 24-pack, they soften it. It’s been softened, which, you’d think they’d want to make me skinnier, but…”

Jewel Is in a Bikini, Was Called The Chubby Renee Zellweger | jewel

Jewel is a bikini cover girl on Shape magazine this month – and she has a lot to share about dealing with criticism, her diet and the pressures to look thin:

On being called “the chubby Renee Zellweger” in the media years ago:
“My feelings were so hurt by that story, I ended up bingeing on an entire cake. Afterward, I actually tried to throw it all up, but thankfully I couldn’t do it. It made me think, ‘I can’t go down this road.’ I had seen so many performers develop eating disorders or try to control their weight with drugs, and I decided I would do no harm to my body.”

Her advice to women:
“We should be more like men, God bless ‘em. They can take their shirts off and show their man boobs, and they don’t give a hoot. But women are so critical of themselves. We can be gorgeous and hot and still be embarrassed to wear a tank top. So if you can’t stop looking in the mirror, at least try to not think badly about yourself when you do.”

On her diet:

“I try to stay away from an all-or-nothing mentality when it comes to food. It’s like a pendulum: The more extreme I am–like saying, ‘I’m not going to eat any carbs’–the further it’s going to swing to the other side and I’m going to binge.

Leighton Meester in Spanish Cosmopolitan | celebrity quotes

Leighton Meester looks slim and leggy in lots of pale pink ruffles and lace in Spanish Cosmopolitan Magazine this month – and she brings a non-related, but interesting quote with her:

“My mother Connie inspires me. She’s an amazing woman. When I was a kid I wanted to be an actress and she completely backed me. She is her own person, very eccentric, very individual.”

“I was a bit of a goofball. I wanted to be a counselor, help people, but then I discovered this other side to people. I was easy to pick on because of my acting. I realized that there are a lot of people out there who just aren’t very nice. I stopped going to school – I was a bit rebellious and just didn’t go. My mother was fine about it.”

… says Leighton in Cosmopolitan.

On her unflattering bikini pictures from a while back:

“I think I’m a work in progress. [But] I feel it’s so much better than [it was] a year-and-a-half ago, and I feel like in another eight months, it’s going to be so much better than it is today.”
