Fantasia Barrino is "Not Responsible" for the marriage breakup, Manager says

'American Idol' winner Fantasia Barrino is defending herself against a woman who included her name in a custody and divorce battle. Paula Cook accuses her husband Antwaun Cook and Fantasia Barrino of having an affair and reveals that two made a Sex Tape.

Defending that she is not the caused of the couple's divorce. Fantasia's manager Brian Dickens said in a statement:

"Fantasia is certain that she is not responsible for the deterioration of [their] marriage. Fantasia will weather this storm with the dignity and grace that she has exemplified throughout a life in which she has repeatedly overcome obstacles and challenges."

Paula claims that the "covert adulterous affair" began in August 2009.

Barino's lawyer also slams Cook's allegations in which the accuser only wants media attention.

"Mrs. Cook gratuitously included claims about Fantasia to sensationalize that litigation and to insure that her tale would be picked up by tabloids."

Morris added, "The fact that she would seek such publicity in a case involving her children is particularly disgraceful."

Jennifer Aniston Gets Permanent Restraining Order Against crazy stalker

The court has granted Jennifer Aniston a permanent restraining order against a crazy-delusional man who traveled cross-country to marry her.

LA Superior Court ordered Jason R. Peyton to stay away from the actress at least 100 yards and refrain from contacting her for three years.

Aniston stated on her court declaration, "Mr. Peyton's ongoing, ever-increasing, aggressive and harassing conduct are extremely distressing. I fear for my personal safety and that of those around me."

Jennifer got a temporary restraining order against Peyton last month and he was arrested after authorities found sharp objects, a bag and duct tape in his possession. Peyton was placed in a psychiatric hold.

Jane Lynch will host Saturday Night Live in October!

Jane Lynch's character as Sue Sylvester in Glee really gave her career a boost! Now, the 50 year-old actress will host Saturday Night Live!

Jane will headline the the sketch comedy show's upcoming 36th season, October 9 edition.

Jane's role as the cheer leading coach Sue Sylvester gave her an Emmy nomination in the Best Supporting actress category.

Rachel Bilson & Hayden Christensen: "Engagement is off."

No wedding bells for Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen as they have officially ended their engagement and sadly, their relationship!

Bilson's rep tells PEOPLE, "Yes, the engagement is off." One of Bilson's friend added that "It just wasn't working out." and now Bilson is "focusing on her career, spending time with her family and just moving forward."

Christensen and Bilson worked together in the 2008 film "Jumper".

Meanwhile, Rachel will be returning on CBS' "How I Met Your Mother" sixth season.

Snooki on her arrest: "I'm too pretty to be in jail" (video)

Reality star Snooki doesn't want to go back in jail after being arrested last month due to disorderly conduct at Seaside Heights.

"I'm too pretty to be in jail," Snooki said. "I'm a good person. I'm not a criminal, and I will never go back there."

She thinks it is not a big deal but nevertheless she will try to avoid it.

"I don't know why people are taking it so seriously," she told MTV News on Friday evening. "I had a couple cocktails and they just put me in a drunk tank to sober me up. I was on the beach. It happens to the best of us, and I'm not planning on going back to jail ever again. I was a public nuisance — big deal!"

Portia de Rossi Changing her last name: Portia Lee James DeGeneres

Like other celebrity couple, actress Portia de Rossi has filed a petition in LA Superior Court on Friday (August 6) to legally change her last name to DeGeneres from her partner/wife Ellen DeGeneres.

TMZ reports that "Petitioner is taking the last name of her spouse."

DeGeneres and de Rossi wed in Los Angeles in 2008 during the time when gay marriage is still legal but Proposition 8 came to the picture.

Last week, Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in the state of California was overturned last week. Portia will be using the name Portia Lee James DeGeneres.
