"Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown" Names of the 18 castaways released!

Here are the names of the 18 castaways which will outplay, outwit and outlast each other in the the third season of GMA-7's "Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown".

The new batch of castaways are consist of famous personalities and celebrities in which they will face each other in 40 days to achieve the title Sole Celebrity Survivor.

The new season will be hosted by actor Richard Gutierrez.

Lindsay Lohan could see early release from rehab but....

Controversial actress Lindsay Lohan is reportedly will be getting an early release from court-ordered rehab stint in UCLA. The inpatient program typically lasts only 45 days (half of 90-day court sentence).

Danette Meyers, prosecutor on Lohan's probation violation thinks that the "Mean Girls" star may be able to avoid her full 90-day sentence in rehab.

"My understanding from conversations with Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility," Meyers told RadarOnline.exclusively. "It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend.

"How much earlier she could be released I'm unsure of at this point.

"I will follow what the health care professional advise. That could involve follow up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge Revel previously ordered."

But it seems, Lindsay is not going anywhere. The new Judge Elden Fox will decide on what will happen to the remaining 45 days and according to TMZ, doctors can recommend to repeat her program.

A medical professional connected with the case tells TMZ it's "not uncommon" for a patient to repeat a program. In other words, after 45 days, Lindsay would get the same treatment the second time around. The medical professional adds the treatment is not redundant because patients often absorb a lot more the second time. The medical professional tells us it's also very possible UCLA would stylize treatment for the remaining 45 days based on unresolved issues.

Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said, "We are waiting to hear the assessment of doctors and other treatment professionals concerning the appropriate length of Ms. Lohan's rehabilitation. We will defer to their expertise and to the wisdom and authority of Judge Fox in that regard."

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail and another 90 days in rehab for missing alcohol education classes imposed as part of her probation on the 2007 charges. Just recently, Judge Elden Fox replaced her after Judge Marsha Revel recused herself from the Lindsay Lohan case after allegations that she contacted people involved in the case.

British model/actress Kelly Brook decided to takes her clothes off and posed naked in the upcoming cover of Playboy magazine's September 2010 issue. The sexy, eight-page nude pictorial was taken by photographer Ellen von Unwerth.

Being nervous doing the shoot, the 30 year-old actress said, "I was a little self-conscious about the shoot because I look at the other girls in the magazine and they're just so perfect. I'm not 20 anymore. My boobs are real, and they even hang a little."

Brook really got sexy curves in which many women will envy and even young ladies at there 20's.

Meanwhile, Brook's new movie is the upcoming thriller "Piranha 3D, due out Aug. 20.

Singing sensation Charice talks about her Glee audition and her dreams in her latest interview with Seventeen. The 18 year-old talented singer also gave a performance singing Beyonce's "Halo" and her hit song "Pyramid." [Video Below]

Some of the Highlights of her interview:

17: Are you a big fan of Glee?

Charice: I love the show. I am more into things like CSI, but then Glee started and I was like, "Oh this is different." When the rumor came out [that I was going to be on Glee before I knew I about it], I was like this is the best rumor ever! I'm excited, but I'm also so nervous to be on it.

17: What did you sing for the audition?

Charice: I sang my song called "In This Song." David Foster wrote the song for me. I thought that I should sing a ballad song. I thought they would love it.

17: You have achieved things that so many people dream of. Do you have any other dreams you are hoping will happen?

Charice: I want to have a record with Beyonce or Lady Gaga. They are both my inspirations. Especially Beyonce. She's like number 1 right now because I love everything about her. Her fashion, her style, her attitude when it comes to singing. She's perfect.

17: Do you want to sing forever?

Charice: I don't want to stay a singer forever. I want to fulfill my dream career as a lawyer! It's a crazy busy schedule, but I still have two hours a day for school because it's a priority. I'll be in court and be like (singing) "Objection!" But I want to be an entertainment lawyer so I'll be in the business still.

Montana Fishburne facing charges of assault with deadly weapon

Aside from having problem with her father, rising porn star Montana Fishburne is also facing problems with the law!

Beside being arrested for prostitution November last year which she pleaded no contest for criminal trespass for lesser sentence of two year probation, Montana aka Chippy D is also facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and her alleged victim is her boyfriend's ex.

According to TMZ, "Montana was arrested last February after allegedly barging into the alleged victim's home (the complaint does not give her name), forcing her into the bathroom and beating the crap out of her. We're told the victim had "significant injuries."

"Fishburne's boyfriend, Jerome Greene, was also charged in the attack against his ex-girlfriend but already pled no contest to domestic battery."

Montana pleaded not guilty to battery, false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon. Atty. Shawn Chapman Holley is representing her.

Montana, who is offered with multi-picture porn deal is really making headline but it seems the assault charges will play a big role in analyzing her existing probation.
