Katy Perry: ‘I know I’m kind of voluptuous’ Posted: 16 Sep 2010 05:26 PM PDT Katy Perry is revealing her biggest physical assets: "Besides my big boobs, it is probably my hourglass shape that is my best feature. I play off of that a lot. I like that I have a lot on top and a lot on the bottom. Or enough. Russ seems to agree" "I know I'm kind of voluptuous and I've always been that way.” … says Katy. Kim Kardashian Gets Black Eyes from Botox Posted: 16 Sep 2010 11:40 AM PDT The Daily mail informs / entertains us: On last night’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians Kim visited a Beverly Hills clinic for some Botox injections around her eyes. I’m never doing this again… at least not until I’m 40,’ Kim told her family after learning that her bruises were a natural result of the injections. Kim has previously confessed to having Botox injections but claims she has not had any actual invasive plastic surgery. ‘Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done,’ she said on Nightline. ‘I’m totally not against plastic surgery. … I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done.’ P.S.: Kim seriously looks better without her extra eyelashes and ultra dark and thick eyeliner. © Versus for Skinny VS Curvy, 2010. | Permalink | 30 comments Tags: lol, makeover, plastic surgery Related posts |

Was Gabourey Sidibe’s Skin Lightened in Elle Magazine? Posted: 16 Sep 2010 10:40 AM PDT Let’s see what The Telegraph has to say: The 27-year-old is one of four celebrities to appear on four separate covers for its 25th anniversary issue. In the image Sidibe's skin appears to be several shades lighter than her normal colour. The magazine said the four celebrities – Sidibé, actresses Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried, and Lauren Conrad, the reality star – were chosen as examples of young women who were "changing the world". ELLE has also been criticised because each of the other three cover girls are shown in full length photographs while Sidibe's image is cropped at chest level. In a statement the magazine said that "nothing out of the ordinary" had been done to the photograph. "We have four separate covers this month and Gabby's cover was not retouched any more or less than the others" it read. "We had 25 cover-worthy subjects in our portfolio and we chose Gabby because of who she is. We shot this as a story of exuberant young women changing the world. If you take a look at the portfolio, each of the women were shot in different ways and for different reasons." What do you guys think? Is it just the exposure of the picture or did they purposely lighten Gabourey’s skin? Elle Magazine surely is the champion of Photoshop! Bikini Treat: LeAnn Rimes Is In Shape Posted: 16 Sep 2010 02:33 AM PDT Here’s a little side-bikini treat for you: LeAnn Rimes on the cover of Shape Magazine. As expected, LeAnn shares a bit of body info: On how her working out has impacted her body: "I feel like my body is changing and that I'm growing up into a woman. I probably weigh about 6 pounds more than when I shot that cover, but my body fat is the lowest it's ever been. I've gained a lot of muscle, and I feel like I have more curves too. My butt – well, I've always had a butt – but now I definitely have a butt, which I love. I've taken up weight training three or four times a week, and I do a lot of squats. I've also been doing more cardio, even though I absolutely despise it. I try to get in a good 20 to 25 minutes before I do anything else; if I don't do it first, it won't happen." How do you guys like the cover? © Versus for Skinny VS Curvy, 2010. | Permalink | 26 comments Tags: bikini, body talk, quote, workout Related posts |
