On her curves, and being a curvy role model: "When the attention started to be about my figure, I was surprised, because it wasn't something I was focused on. And then it became very positive, and people were saying very nice things." During Mad Men's first season, she and Arend were at dinner when a fan approached her and said, "'Excuse me, I just want to tell you that I watch your show, and you make me feel better about myself. I am a curvy woman, and you've made me feel sexy and beautiful.' I got teary eyed." Christina tears up again at the memory. "I remember Geoffrey saying, 'That's what you're doing for people. That's amazing.' And I said, 'I'm just trying to be a good actress and trying to tell a story, but if this is the sidebar, all this positivity, then that is awesome.'"

Lisa Rinna is no longer the owner of excessively plumped lips – she just had a lip reduction surgery! People Magazine has the scoop:

"My lips started to define who I am," Rinna, 47, tells PEOPLE about why she decided to undergo the procedure. "That bothered me."

Public reaction to her plastic surgery confession last year also upset her. After finally admitting that in 1986 she had silicone injected into her upper lip – an impulsive decision she made with a girlfriend and likens to getting a tattoo – Rinna says, "I took a big hit for being honest. It gave everyone online permission to lambaste me. It hurt my feelings."

Now, the star of TVLand's upcoming reality show Harry Loves Lisa (with husband Harry Hamlin) – as well as the author of the new novel Starlit – is ready to keep a stiff upper lip about her new upper lip. "It doesn't matter what other people think," she says. "I did it for myself."

As a result of the procedure, she says, rather than feeling "bumpy and uneven … my lip has no lumps! It's smooth."

VB: I take care of myself. I work out every day. I eat healthy. But I like to have fun too. I'm not going to say no to a glass of wine, let's put it that way. But God! People in this business are obsessed with youth. I can understand it when you constantly see pictures of yourself in the press. But I do seem to be the only person I know who is getting older. Most famous people get younger and younger. I sometimes ask myself that question: 'How come I'm the only person who's getting older?' But I'm cool with that.
