Shayne Smith claimed that Mayweather went ballistic outside of his Las Vegas home after Smith placed parking citations on two of Floyd's cars.

If convicted, Mayweather, Jr. faces six months behind bars and a $1,000.

It's becoming a pattern of ublawful behavior for Mayweather Jr. He is also facing felony and misdemeanor charges over the domestic violence incident with his baby mama Josie Harris. The court ordered Mayweather to stay away from Josie Harris and their two sons after Floyd hit Josie and threatened to beat his children last September.
