Ginnifer Goodwin: ‘I consider myself an extremely healthy person’ Posted: 22 Dec 2010 07:02 AM PST 32 year-old actress Ginnifer Goodwin wants to share some weight and diet-related info with you guys: “My ideal weight is where I feel good about myself and my energy’s high. I call it my ‘shooting weight,’ because it’s also the number that doesn’t freak me out when I see myself on screen. I consider myself an extremely healthy person. I really did go through a period when I was very little when I remember realizing that vegetables did not come out of the ground deep-fried…I remember my mom making dinner for me the first night that I was on this new program, and I burst out crying because the vegetables were green, and I thought she was trying to starve me to death.” … says Ginnifer. Anne Hathaway Brings the Quote of the Day Posted: 22 Dec 2010 05:09 AM PST On how she prepared for the nude scenes in her movie ‘Love and Other Drugs’: “I would go into my trailer and a make-up artist would put body make-up on me and then – girls will relate to this – I would compulsively do sit-ups and push-ups until they needed me on set.” … says Anne. © Versus for Skinny VS Curvy, 2010. | Permalink | 4 comments No tags for this post. Heidi Montag: ‘I would love to not be ‘plastic girl’’ Posted: 22 Dec 2010 04:59 AM PST Heidi Montag has something quite interesting to say about her plastic surgeries, the way they make her feel and the marks they left on her body: “This past year has been the hardest year and craziest year of my life. It’s been a year since my surgery and that’s really when my life and whole world kind of turned upside down.” “When I look in the mirror today, I don’t really know who I see. It is me and it’s not me. It’s a very weird situation. Sometimes I’ll run across an old photo and it’s actually shocking sometimes because I’ve been three different people. I’ve had three different faces.” “Sometimes I wake up at night and I have chest pain, and… if I exercise a lot then I get sharp pains in my breasts sometimes. A lot of my scars won’t ever go away.” "Parts of my body definitely look worse than they did presurgery. This is not what I signed up for." "The big dark mark from my chin reduction is probably the most noticeable. But the absolute worst is on my breasts, and the scariest is below my butt cheek," Heidi tells Life & Style. "People have fewer scars from car accidents than I have on my body." "I would love to not be 'plastic girl' or whatever they call me. Surgery ruined my career and my personal life and just brought a lot of negativity into my world. I wish I could jump into a time machine and take it all back. Instead, I'm always going to feel like Edward Scissorhands."
