Jaime Pressly Pleads Not Guilty to DUI Charges

Actress Jaime Pressly will need a strong argument that she's not driving drunk during her January 5 arrest despite failing the field sobriety test because she just pleaded not guilty to the charges in an L.A. courtroom on Friday (Feb 4).


Jaime was officially charged with DUI and during her arrest, her alcohol level registered .22, nearly three times the legal limit (The legal limit in California is .08).

I'm very curios on her defense....

ABS-CBN's newest noontime show "Happy Yipee Yehey"

GMA's Eat Bulaga is now facing another rival as ABS-CBN's finally revealed the title of their newest noontime show, "Happy Yipee Yehey."

ABS-CBN will introduced 8 hosts to boost up the new program. Leading the way are former noontime show hosts Randy Santiago, John Estrada, Mariel Rodriguez and Toni Gonzaga.

Also joining the new show are Bentong, YouTube star Jober, former beauty queen Bianca Manalo, and Pinoy Big Brother winner Melai Cantiveros.

The pilot episode will begin on February 12.

Another Real Housewives spin-off from Bravo as they revealed the cast of the Real Housewives of Miami starring Lea Black, Larsa Pippen, Marysol Patton, Alexia Echevarria, Cristy Rice and Adriana De Moura-Sidi. The new show will premiere on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. [Photos and Bios Below]



Lea Black - Deeply loved, occasionally uncompromising, but universally respected, this Texas native is leaving an indelible mark on Miami. Married to one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the country, Roy Black, and raising their 9-year-old son, Lea has a reputation as a community leader. She raised money for President Barack Obama during his 2008 presidential campaign as well as many other local Florida politicians, and spends a majority of her time working towards the success of her own beloved charity.

Larsa Pippen - This wife of NBA superstar Scottie Pippen shares the unofficial title of "Hottest NBA Wife" with her friend Cristy Rice. A snarky Lebanese beauty, Larsa boasts that she's successful at everything she does, including playing wife and mother to her four young kids. Tom Hanks has a new role in life, as a Grandfather!

His son, 33 year-old actor Colin Hanks and wife Samantha Bryant welcomed a daughter, Olivia Jane Hanks on February 1.

The Orange County star married Bryant in May 2010 and the new born baby girl is the couple's first child and the first grandchild of Tom Hanks

Hollie Cavanagh "At Last/The Climb" American Idol 10 - Audition

Before receiving the golden ticket to Hollywood, Hollie Cavanagh needed two songs to convinced Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler during American Idol season 10 auditions (Fifth Episode) in Austin, Texas on Wednesday (February 2).

Her performance of Etta James' "At Last" failed to impressed the AI judges but a second chance was given to her. Hollie sang Miley Cyrus' "The Climb" which gave her the judges approval.

Jewelry store on Lindsay Lohan: Procedures must be done before they loan out jewelry

Kamofie & Company, the jewelry store that accused Lindsay Lohan of stealing a "high-end necklace", is not the buying Lohan's excuse that the store loaned her the necklace because strict policies and procedures must be done first before receiving a loan jewelry.

Singing a contract claiming responsibility for the item is one of the procedures. Jewelry store owner Sofia tells TMZ,
"When we loan out jewelry, we have a whole procedure that needs to be done. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out and there needs to be insurance information given or credit card information in case something happens with the jewelry."
The store presented to the investigators their surveillance video and photos of Lindsay wearing the said necklace worth $2,500.

The case is now with Los Angeles District Attorney's office and they are still studying on whether or not to formally charge Lindsay Lohan for stealing the item.

Lindsay is still on probation and remains subject to random drug and alcohol testing relating to a 2007 DUI.

GMA Network will be launching the GMA News TV on Channel 11, a 24-hour free television news channel
