Kuya Kim Explores Animal Love in ‘Matanglawin'

Ever wondered how animals show their love to their mates, babies and even to their owners? Let Kuya Kim count the many ways an animal shows its love in another exciting episode of "Matanglawin."


See how red-eyed tree frogs won't let go of their mates even when they're jumping and how horned lizards fight to death to protect their babies.

Kuya Kim will also tell the story of a lion, who still remembered his American owners after a year in the African wild when they came to visit him.

The different forms of animal love will surely surprise you as Kuya Kim shows us how affectionate animals are in "Matanglawin" this Sunday (May 29), 9:30 AM, on ABS-CBN.

Orlando Bloom is back as Legolas for ‘The Hobbit’

Orlando Bloom will be using again his bow and arrow as he is now officially reprising his role of Legolas in the upcoming two-part screen adaptation of "The Hobbit", a Lord of the Rings prequel.


Director Peter Jackson says (via Facebook):
"Ten years ago, Orlando Bloom created an iconic character with his portrayal of Legolas. I'm excited to announce today that we'll be revisiting Middle Earth with him once more. I'm thrilled to be working with Orlando again. Funny thing is, I look older—and he doesn't! I guess that's why he makes such a wonderful elf."
After Bloom decided no to return for the fourth "Pirates" movie, many fans are surely glad this time around as his character as Legolas will be back in action in this two-part prequel.

Rachel Donaire brings her fierce-tempting charm in her latest photo spread for FHM Philippines Magazine's May 2011 issue! Her husband, boxing champ Nonito Donaire Jr. handled the lens.


FHM interview: Rachel on doing this photo shoot with her husband as photographer?
"It was different because there were other people around. That's why I put on music so I could get into a zone where I can feel like there isn't anyone there. But it was fun! It was totally different to have him direct me on how to pose and things like that because we usually just play around at home,nothing formal or anything. It was different."

Still with no kids running around, Rachel and Nonito still enjoys spending time together and sharing similar interest and passion. Like this photo shoot, we now know that couple love to play around.

'Grease' Jeff Conaway Dies at Age 60

Actor Jeff Conaway, who is known for his role in TV sitcom "Taxi" and the movie musical "Grease", has passed away Friday morning (May 27) at a Los Angeles-area hospital. He was 60 years-old.

Conaway had battled drug and alcohol addiction for many years and he appeared on VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew Pinsky.


The troubled actor was rushed to the hospital after he was found unconscious last May 11 and placed in a medically induced coma. Initially, it described as an overdose but later on Conaway was being treated for pneumonia and sepsis until his death. Conaway's family decided took him off life support (Thursday, May 26).
"Jeff was taken off life-support [Thursday] afternoon," his manager, Phil Brock, tells PEOPLE. "His family chose to take him off of life-support based on advice from physicians. They thought for several days that the situation was hopeless."
Conaway became notable when he took the role of Kenickie in the 1978 film adaptation of 'Grease' alongside John Travolta and Olivia Newton John. Also in the same year, Conaway joined the cast of the hit TV series "Taxi," playing the role of Bobby Wheeler (1978-1981). He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award in 1978.

Other TV projects includes Babylon 5, Wizards and Warriors, The Bold and the Beautiful and many more... He also directed the 1992 film, Bikini Summer 2.
