| Posted: 18 Jun 2011 07:13 PM PDT So I was like about to open our front door, going in to our house after a long day at work when suddenly my little girl burst out of it with a huge grin on her face letting me know that something is up and she about to tell me the good news. She then shouted “The Hunger Games Movie“. I was like… err, what was that baby? Utter confusion on my face, not knowing what she’s talking about. CLICK FOR THE HUNGER GAMES MOVIE UPDATES She then explained almost shouting that her favorite book that I used to read to her will be made into a movie! Then it hit me! Wow! I too have grown to love The Hunger Games books by Suzanne Collins and I can feel my daughters’ excitement after learning that we can now see our favorite characters of the books come to life in the big screen. It really is a good news. My daughter and I then searched the web for any information that we can get our hands on regarding the movie. We found this cool site that contains all The Hunger Games news and updates and on this site we learned that Jennifer Lawrence is playing Katniss Everdeen, and all the other actors who plays a role on this movie like Gale and Peeta and Haymitch. Gary Ross will be directing the films.
