Reality star Kim Kardashian and her fiancé, NBA star Kris Humphries are laying all the cards before walking down the aisle. Both camps are setting up a prenup.

TMZ reports that the newly engaged couple are telling friends that "It's the smart thing to do". Kim is worth $35 million while her future husband is worth $8 million. Kris is making $3.2 mil/year with the New Jersey Nets and his family also owns several burger joints in Minnesota.

By the way, don't forget the $2 million Engagement Ring!
