A quest that begins as a personal vendetta for the fierce Cimmerian warrior soon turns into an epic battle against hulking rivals, horrific monsters, and impossible odds, as Conan realizes he is the only hope of saving the great nations of Hyboria from an encroaching reign of supernatural evil.

Jason Momoa is playing the role of Conan and joining this remake are Rose McGowan, Stephen Lang, Ron Perlman, Bob Sapp, Leo Howard, Saïd Taghmaoui, and Rachel Nichols.

The release date is set August 19, 2011 (3D/2D)!

Rihanna's Concert in Dallas Cut Short Due to Fire! (Video)

It is not just Rihanna who is smoking hot.... Her show is also flaming hot literally!

Unfortunate situation ended Rihanna's concert in Dallas last Friday night (July 8) at the American Airlines Center after a fire broke out while she's performing her hit "California King Bed". The fire started at the upper part of the stage...Also the same place where they installed the pyrotechnics for the show.

The R&B star tweeted, "DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I'm so pissed, I was havin so much fun wit yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!"

And she added, "DALLAS yall CRAY!!! Love this f**kin place! Glad u guys are safe!!! I promise I'll be back!!!"

Authorities quickly handled the situation as they lead the fans to move outside the venue for their safety.

New York Yankees' Derek Jeter Reaches 3000 Hits

New York Yankees short-stop Derek Jeter added another record to his unbelievable career in Major League Baseball. He just joined the 3,000 career hits club during Saturday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays at the Yankee Stadium (July 9, 2011).

He became the 28th major league player and the first Yankee to make 3000 hits. The 37 year-old athlete is also the fourth youngest player to achieved this record.

The record home run happened at the third-inning against Tampa Bay southpaw David Price and he finished the game with 5-5.
