Mitchel Musso officially charged with DUI

Actor Mitchel Musso is now officially charged with two counts of drunk driving in connection with his recent arrest in Burbank last Sunday morning (October 16).

He will be facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher. Mitchel is just 20 years-old so any alcohol is definitely illegal (legal drinking age is 21).

'Hannah Montana' star is facing 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine. However, first-time offender like Mitchel has high chances of getting probation because no severe circumstances happened.

He is also required to attend mandatory alcohol education class. He returns to court on November 11.

'X-Factor' Nicole Scherzinger & Lewis Hamilton Split!

'X-Factor' judge Nicole Scherzinger and race car driver Lewis Hamilton failed to zoom their relationship to the finish line as they called it quits, ending their four years of dating.

Being away to each other because of their busy schedules is one of the big reason of their split.

"They'd been long distance for a long time and it's just been hard," a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE.

"They both tried to make it work, but their careers kept them apart. So for now it's over. They think this is what's best. They're definitely going to stay friends."

They first met backstage at the MTV Europe Awards in Munich, Germany in November 2007. Nicole is currently based in LA while Lewis is busy travelling with his racing schedules.
