This memorable event was officiated by Jimmy Kimmell and during his speech, he expressed that joining the ranks of Hollywood's elite is a great honor and he ended it with a punchline "with the exception of Matt Damon, they're all pretty great". Keith Urban to Undergo Throat Surgery Posted: 03 Nov 2011 08:57 PM PDT Country star Keith Urban needs a complete vocal rest to prepare himself for throat surgery later this month to remove a polyp which has developed on his vocal chord. With this minor procedure, Urban is is postponing the "All for the Hall" benefit concert until his throat has fully recovered. The concert was scheduled for Jan. 18 in Nashville to benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. A little bit of good news from Nicole Kidman's husband, he will be honoring his "pre-existing one-song performance commitments" until his surgery. Porky's star Wyatt Knight found dead Posted: 03 Nov 2011 06:02 PM PDT Actor Wyatt Knight, who is best known for his role as Tommy Turner in the 80's trilogy comedy film "Porky's", was found dead in Maui, Hawaii last week (October 26). The 56 year-old actor reportedly committed suicide. Knight's wife Silvina indeed confirmed that Wyatt committed suicide. Her husband's radiation therapy from battling cancer had "left him in both physical and emotional pain." "He was tired of the pain, and after much contemplation, chose to end his life in a beautiful and a serene place," Silvana Knight said in a statement. "His family and friends are devastated. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be missed every day." An autopsy has been performed and the results are pending.
