Chaz Bono, Jennifer Elia call off engagement

New plans for Chaz Bono this holiday season as he and fiancée, Jennifer Elia, have decided to called off the engagement and split up!

The couple's rep. Howard Bragman issued a statement,

"They leave this relationship with great love, respect and affection towards one another. No further amplification will be forthcoming and they ask that you respect their privacy at this time."

The former contestant on "Dancing with the Stars" and Jennifer's relationship began before Chaz went through a gender transition back in 2009. Bono's proposal to Elia was seen last month on "Becoming Chaz."
