| Russell Brand Files for Divorce from Katy Perry! Posted: 30 Dec 2011 05:42 PM PST  Just a shy away before ending 2011, comedian Russell Brand has decided to end his marriage and filed for divorce from his wife, singer Katy Perry! Citing "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce papers filed Friday at Los Angeles Superior Court, Russell said in a statement:
Breakup reports sparked after the couple had "a massive fight" just before Christmas and instead of flying her family to Brand's hometown for the holidays, the singer decided to spent the holiday in Hawaii. Perry and Brand weds October 23, 2010 in a traditional Hindu ceremony in India. The pair have no kids. The fantasy marriage is over! [Photo courtesy by PacificCoastNews.com]

Alessandra wrote, "Anja, Jamie and I are overjoyed and extremely appreciative of all the wonderful wishes we've received!! 2011 has been a year filled with incredible gifts and this is the ultimate blessing!! Anja has filled our lives with love and we can't wait to welcome the new baby into the family this spring!!" The upcoming baby is her second child with fiancé Jamie Mazur. Dating reportedly for more than three years, the 48 year-old NBA legend and his girlfriend, Cuban-American model Yvette Prieto, are officially engaged to be married! The Charlotte Bobcats owner finally popped the question to his longtime girlfriend on Christmas Day. This is Michael's second marriage. He was previously married to Juanita Jordan divorced in 2006. Juanita received for $168 million settlement.

Fueling rumors that their marriage was on a limbo after the couple spent the holiday apart. Katy Perry was seen enjoying solo in Hawaii while the 36 year-old Brit was spotted in England on Christmas Day. Us Weekly reported that the couple had "a massive fight" just before Christmas and instead of flying her family to Brand's hometown for the holidays, the singer decided to spent the holiday in Hawaii.
