Kelly Brook Talks Diet and Exercise Posted: 09 Jan 2012 09:57 AM PST Tweet Kelly Brook, who recently claimed that she is not perfect since she does not look like Giselle shared some thoughts on diet and workout in the current issue of Women’s Fitness Magazine: What does she eat? 'I have porridge or boiled eggs for breakfast. I love tea and coffee and could drink them all day and snack on biscuits, but I eat fruit if I'm trying to be healthy. I also eat a lot of fish, for lunch and dinner. I love sushi or I'll have a tuna Niçoise salad or salmon steak. I like to make lots of healthy soups in winter, too.' On fitness: 'I must have good muscle memory. I appreciate that a lot now, because I know some people find it harder to see results as they get older.
