Miley Cyrus Posts Skinny Waist on Twitter and Talks Eating Waffles Posted: 06 Aug 2012 09:18 AM PDT The full story from Daily Mail: Miley Cyrus has tweeted yet another picture of herself and her ultra miniature waist. The Hannah Montana actress was clearly so impressed with her own figure, that she even chopped off her head from the snapshot to focus solely on her taut and toned midriff. Alongside the picture, the 19-year-old added the caption: ‘my “Fiance” jeans. but for real though.’ Following the former Disney princess’ obsession with Pilates and workouts, it seems her figure has continued to shrink, with Miley taunting critics by flaunting her sculpted body at every opportunity. Even her fitness instructor spoke out on the issue, but in Miley’s defense saying there is nothing to worry about when it comes to the Party In The USA singer’s health. Mari Winsor told People: ‘I think people need to chill out. She’s healthy and she feels good, that’s the main thing. She’s smart about her body. She wanted to sculpt her body, that’s all. When this girl comes in, she is on fire. She’s focused.’ But whatever Miley’s secret, it seems she may not be so sure herself – or at least, doesn’t want anyone to know. Back in April, she claimed her changing shape was not a quest for size zero, but a health issue. Cyrus tweeted: ‘For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight, it’s about health.’ However, last night she insists she does eat, saying: ‘upallnighteatinchicken&waffles/makin beats’. But it's really about feeling good and taking care of my body rather than having to fit into any sort of model or anything like that. I try to eat well, and everything I do is really just to make me feel my best so that I can come to my job or my personal life and just feel really good. On her diet: Well, I go back and forth between [being a vegan and not being a vegan]. I try lots of different things.
