‘Django Unchained’: Fortuitous Turn Of Events Brings Two Unlikely Characters Together Posted: 10 Oct 2012 06:38 PM PDT It has been quiet few months since Cannes attendees saw a sneak peek of Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchanged. Up until now we've only seen two trailers for the highly anticipated western starring Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington, and more. Now a new trailer has appeared and it features a slew of brand new footage. It even contains clips of a very cool dialogue scene between DiCaprio and Samuel L. Jackson. Check out the latest trailer for Django Unchained here below. Like almost all of Tarantino's work, the film has a sense of style, flair, and visual appeal. With so many sequels and adaptations floating around, it's nice to see that there is still an interest in original works. We've seen some westerns, but nothing like the one that Tarantino is giving to us [...] |
Shailene Woodley May Play Mary Jane Watson In ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′ Posted: 10 Oct 2012 05:34 PM PDT Now that Marc Webb is officially signed on to direct The Amazing Spider-Man 2, we can look forward to some casting news and delivering the enemy rumor mill. Today everyone is in for a treat, because we have both. Let's start of with the latest bit of casting news. Variety is reporting that The Descendants star Shailene Woodley is in negotiations to play Mary Jane Watson in the highly anticipated sequel. For those that don't know, MJ is Peter Parker's love interest in the latter part of the Spider-Man comics. But that's not all, we got rumors of two villains who might be making an appearance in the film. Find out who below [...] |
Geek Peek: Concept Art For The ‘Jurassic Park 4′ That Will Never Be Posted: 10 Oct 2012 04:01 PM PDT Sometime in the near (or far) future, we will be getting a Jurassic Park 4. Universal Pictures is very interested in continuing the very successful franchise with another film. But after the third installment didn't live up to its predecessors, making a fourth seemed a bit questionable. Now leaked concept art might reveal why it may be taking so long for Jurassic Park 4 to come out. Check out the concept art here below. The concept art (via Reddit) is quite interesting, revealing a dinosaur human hybrid. These genetically altered beings would have the capabilities of wielding firearms. Gives a whole new meaning to that infamous Jurassic Park quote "Clever girl." While Universal continues to figure out how to bring Jurassic Park 4 to the big screen, these pieces of art by Carlos Huante reveal some very cool concepts, but one that probably wouldn't work in a theatrical format [...] |
Check Out The First Trailer For Sacha Gervasi’s ‘Hitchcock’ Starring Anthony Hopkins Posted: 10 Oct 2012 03:00 PM PDT Production for any film will have its fair share of problems on the set. The new Sacha Gervasi-directed drama Hitchcock will shed light on the kinds of problems that Alfred Hitchcock (Anthony Hopkins) experienced on and off the set of his greatest thriller Psycho. Check out the first trailer for the film here below. This latest biopic only covers the period of time in which Hitchcock was trying to get Psycho from development to production to full release. There are many conflicts that stand in Hitchcock's way. People believe he is past his prime, there are production issues on set, and his romanced interest Alma Reville (Helen Mirren) believes she is being overshadowed by Hitchcock's greatness. Scarlett Johansson will play Janet Leigh, while Danny Huston, Toni Collette, Jessica Biel, Michael Stuhlbarg, and James D'Arcy provide supporting roles [...] |
Check Out Pixar’s Latest ‘Toy Story’ Short ‘Partysaurus Rex’ Posted: 10 Oct 2012 01:43 PM PDT The Pixar team seems really intent on getting the word out that Partysaurus Rex exists. If you didn't catch it the first time when it was attached in theaters to Finding Nemo 3D, or the other time when it aired earlier this week on the Disney Channel, now you have a third chance to watch it. The short has premiered online, so now you don't have any excuse to miss this. Check it out here below. The misadventures of the Toy Story gang turn its attention to its large but timid dinosaur, Rex. It's a cute and silly story, but to avoid giving up too much about the short, but let's just say you if you have a high water bill, you might want to check the toys left behind in the tub [...] |

Videos: ‘World Of Warcraft’ Hackers Kill Thousands Of Players Posted: 10 Oct 2012 08:01 AM PDT When it comes to massively multiplayer online games like World of Warcraft, unpredictability comes with the territory. When you have that many people playing, you never know what someone's going to do next. Some hackers recently proved this with a bit of chaos.
