New Trailer For Peter Jackson’s West Memphis Three Movie ‘West Of Memphis’ Released Posted: 02 Nov 2012 06:45 PM PDT Back in 2011 it was revealed that Peter Jackson, director of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, King Kong, and the upcoming Hobbit trilogy, was helping to finance investigations and forensic testing to prove the innocence of Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley, three men who were convicted of the murders of three young boys and came to be known as the West Memphis Three. The trio spent nearly twenty years in prison for the crime before finally being released after DNA tests that couldn't be performed back then showed without a doubt that their conviction was very wrong, and that the real killer could still be out there walking around right now. Saoirse Ronan Latest To Join Wes Anderson’s ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ Posted: 02 Nov 2012 05:00 PM PDT The cast of director Wes Anderson's latest project, titled The Grand Budapest Hotel, is already impressive...as is often the case with his films. We've already heard about names like Bill Murray, Jude Law, Owen Wilson, Edward Norton and Angela Lansbury joining the cast, followed by word that Ralph Fiennes would also be involved. Now a young up-and-coming star has also been cast. It's being reported that Oscar nominated Atonement and The Lovely Bones star Saoirse Ronan will play the female lead in the movie. [...] |
New ‘Hitman: Absolution’ Trailer Looks At The “Living, Breathing World” Posted: 02 Nov 2012 03:30 PM PDT The latest installment in the collection of Hitman: Absolution trailers that focus on various aspects of the game, is titled "Living, Breathing World." In it, you'll look closer at the world that surrounds Agent 47 as he makes he way through his missions, as well as the people within it. Developer IO Interactive clearly did not want just a bunch of robotic people in their world, walking on rails from one side of the room to the other, saying the same thing over and over. And so they set out, ambitiously, to give their world real life. [...] |
