Brittney Jones, the alleged mistress of Ashton Kutcher has upcoming sex tape to be released by Vivid Entertainment. The said sex tape is now facing legal issues after the porn company used Ashton's name in promoting it.

According to TMZ, Ashton's lawyers have fired off a letter to Vivid Entertainment -- claiming they're specifically pissed over a press release for the video, which says, "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."

Ashton's lawyers claim Vivid is infringing on the actor's "marketable celebrity identity value".

Vivid and Brittney Jones already accomplished the marketing buzz about the tape.

Singer-songwriter Taylor Swift continues to received remarkable achievements and now she's the youngest person to be named EW's Entertainer of the Year 2010!

Swift scored multiply music awards including four Grammy wins, record breaking hit album and concerts. She also made her acting debut in 'Valentine's Day' along with Bradley Cooper and Anne Hathaway.

Expect more from her in 2011.

Model Akihiro Sato was declared first Celebrity Sole Survivor in hit reality television series "Survivor Philippines Celebrity Showdown".

Akihiro aka "Mr Nice Guy" received 3 votes from the 7 jury members during the live finale beating Ervic Vijandre and my bet, Solenn Heussaff.

Before the final 3 voting, Survivor host Richard Gutierrez counted the result on who will be the seventh and final member of the Jury. In a head to head battle, Aubrey Miles was voted off by her tribe mates.

Ervic Vijandre - 2 votes

Solenn Heusaff - 2 votes

Akihiro Sato won P3 million cash prize and the title of first Celebrity Sole Survivor!

Willie Nelson is charged with Misdemeanor Pot Possession

Music legend Willie Nelson will not be facing jail time after his marijuana possession landed as misdemeanor!

According to TMZ, "Cops initially thought Nelson had six ounces of weed -- which could have resulted in a felony charge. But now, officials have determined it was less than four ounces ... so Willie was slapped with a misdemeanor."

Willie Nelson after was busted for pot possession during a checkpoint at Sierra Blanca, Texas (November 26).

Willie will be fined for the misdemeanor charge.

Josh Duhamel Kicked Off Airplane For Using his Blackberry

"Transformers" star Josh Duhamel failed to board an airplane after he failed to follow the required procedures!

Josh was on a flight from New York to Kentucky when his flight was delayed. Josh doesn't want to turn off his Blackberry after the flight attendant asked him multiple times. The authorities escorted off Duhamel out of the airplane.

According to his rep. that "He's sorry."

If people will follow rules, the world will be facing chaos!

Gina Alajar & Eliza Pineda in "Maalaala Mo Kaya"

Veteran actress Gina Alajar and Eliza Pineda faces tragic circumstances in the upcoming episode of "Maalaala Mo Kaya", airing Saturday December 4.

Gina Alajar plays the role of Norma Francisco who's recently widowed but struggles to make ends meet for her children. Though she barely has money to buy their daily needs, she vows that no one from her kids should stop schooling. On the other hand, her daughter Carla (Pineda) realizes the need for them to find additional income so she decides to try her luck as a maid in Manila. But instead of raising her family's quality of life, Carla ends up in the hands of a cruel employer who almost kills her after several months of maltreatment.

Other cast includes Dexter Doria, Joyce So, Alfred Labatos, Minnie Aguilar and Mymy Davao.
