Johnny Depp is back as the drunk and always playful Captain Jack Sparrow in the upcoming "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" and now he is joined by Penelope Cruz, who plays Angelica, Blackbeard's daughter. [Checkout the latest trailer below... ]

Captain Jack Sparrow crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penélope Cruz), and he's not sure if it's love—or if she's a ruthless con artist who's using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne's Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn't know whom to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.

Juan Carlos Cruz Sentenced To 9 Years for Murder Plot

LA court sentenced former Food Network chef Juan Carlos Cruz to nine years behind bars on charges of solicitation to commit murder in Los Angeles on Monday (December 13).

The 48 year-old chef mastermind a murder-for-hire plot instructing two homeless men to "cut a woman's throat" in which the said target is his wife Jennifer Campbell. The former chef approached homeless men and offered $500.00 to to the nasty job!

Initially Juan Carlos Cruz pleaded not guilty but later on he entered a plea of no contest on October 26 after he was charged with solicitation of murder.

Juan Carlos Cruz must serve half his prison term before he is eligible for parole.

Chelsea Handler always like to tease and be playful.....She denies dating 50 Cent but Chelsea gave her followers a little treat.

The 35 year-old Chelsea Lately host tweeted a photo of herself kissing 50 cent and the cuddled in bed. She wrote, "I don't know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper."

Romance or they just friends with benefit?!

Miley Cyrus' Camp Failed to Buy Bong Videos

People from Miley Cyrus' camp reportedly knew about Miley's smoking bong controversy and they tried to do a damage control by buying all the copies of the videos.

According to TMZ, somebody contacted Miley's reps after Thanksgiving and money was discussed in exchange for videos. Surprisingly, the college student that had the video ended up exchanging his Mac Book pro for a brand new one. No money was exchanged.

They also did another exchanged with another student who also had a copy of the video.

Miley's camp failed to sweep all the videos and it seems somebody failed to push the color of money.

It seems Miley will be facing more controversies in the future and now, many will surely say that she's the new fast rising Hollywood's bad girl.

MMFF 2010: Sam Pinto in "Si Agimat at Si Enteng Kabisote" (Photos)

Checkout images and promo photos of Sam Pinto as Samara, a warrior who is looking for Agimat to save their world in the action-fantasy flick "Si Agimat at Si Enteng Kabisote" topbilled by the certified box-office kings Bong Revilla Jr. and Bossing Vic Sotto.

Aside from pretty heroine Sam, the other leading lady is Gwen Zamora as Faye, Enteng's enchanting wife.

This film is an entry for the 2010 Metro Manila Film Festival and it is being produced by M-Zet, GMA Films, Octo Arts Films, Imus Productions and APT Productions. In theaters, Dec. 25!

Dexter's Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter Divorcing!

Dexter's Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter have decided to go their separate ways, ending their two years of marriage.

A joint statement to EW, "Having been separated for some time, Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall have filed for divorce." and added that the said split was amicable.

Michael and Jennifer, who play siblings on the hit Showtime series, tied the knot New Year's Eve of 2009. Hall also has completed treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Break Up!

Say goodbye to the young Hollywood couple Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens as they decided to split after dating for more than four years.

According to E! sources, "It's nothing dramatic," one source said. "There's no third party involved." Says another source, "They were together for so long. It just ran its course."

The two started dating when they were shooting the first installment of High School Musical back in 2006.

Hudgens told Glamour magazine earlier this year, "Right off the bat, we had a connection. I think everybody could see it. When we had our audition, they paired us together. And he was adorable."

Zac is now working on his new movie "The Lucky One" in New Orleans while Vanessa is busy with, "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" in Hawaii.

'Sarah Geronimo was only joking', Sarah's handler says

Anna Dasig defended Sarah Geronimo from the raging rants of sexy actress Cristine Reyes, claiming the Sarah's statement is just a friendly joke and Cristine just over reacted.

Cristine's anger came after Sarah made a remark behind her back, saying about how a man is always being chased by a sexy woman if he is a good dancer. Cristine's wrote series of tweets attacking the person she hinted as "drama princess".

Anna responded to Cristine via twitter saying, "nagbibiruan lang sila ni john pratts kanina..ewan ko kung bakit kailangan mong mag react ng over ng ganito? Relax ka lang! Alamin mo muna kung ano ang punot dulo bago ka magreact ng ganyan."

Cristine replied back saying:

"MAGBIRO?!? PERO WALA NG PASARING!!!! alam naman ng lahat Kung ano yung biro na yun Di kami tanga." Directing to Anna, she said, "wag siya kamo MAGBIRO ng Ganun Kung alam niya may pinaparinggan siya!"
