Gary Collins arrested for failure to pay his Dinner

Former "Miss America" host Gary Collins was arrested after failing to pay his tab at a restaurant in Biloxi, Mississippi on Tuesday (January 4).

Allegedly defrauding an innkeeper, Collins was charged with $59.35 bill at the Jazzeppi's Restaurant but he allegedly left without paying. The employees even followed him out to the parking lot to get his payment.

Gary was released on $5,000 bail. Jazeppi's co-owner Sharon Mattina says that she thinks "the whole thing was a misunderstanding".

It suddenly became a very costly meal!

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer disappointed with Palm Desert police

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley expressed her disappointment to the Palm Desert police department after they released a statement announcing that her client violated her probation in connection to her December 12 altercation with the Betty Ford employee.

Shawn Chapman Holley told People in a statement, "The important, yet limited, investigatory role of the police to gather facts and collect evidence is well-established."

"The fact that the Palm Desert Police Department went outside this limited role to issue a press statement expressing its opinion about what should happen in Ms. Lohan's case is highly unusual and deeply troubling."

Until now, no formal battery complaint was submitted to the court. Also, the ex-Betty Ford employee who accused Linday has decided to drop the criminal battery charges against her.

Lohan is due back in court on February 25 for a progress review hearing.

Gemma Arterton ready to hunt in "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters."

Actress Gemma Arterton will star opposite Jeremy Renner in "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters", a Gary Sanchez dark action movie project.

The story is about "the fairy tale siblings years after the traumatic childhood incident has turned them into bounty hunters", THR reports.

Tommy Wirkola is helming the movie and production begins March 7 in Berlin.

The idea of the story is simply exciting and lots of potential.

The charm of Justin Bieber continues as he is now on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine's February 2011 issue. He feels that it is not just the fame, screaming girls likes him because "he's cute"

"Not trying to be arrogant, but if I walked down the street and a girl saw me, she might take a look back because maybe I'm good-looking, right?"

Also in his Vanity Fair interview, he talks about:

Having an active mind set: "I'm crazy, I'm nuts. Just the way my brain works. I'm not normal. I think differently—my mind is always racing. I'm just … nuts."

His music influences: "Music is music, and I'm definitely influenced by Michael Jackson and Boyz II Men and people who were black artists—that's what I like. But I like their voices and I like how they entertain—it's not about what color they are. Michael [Jackson] was able to reach audiences from young to old; he never limited himself," Bieber says of the King of Pop, of whom he has a sticker on his bedroom mirror in his tour bus. "He was so broad, everybody loved him, and that's what my goal is—to basically make people happy, to inspire them, and to have everyone root for me."

On the people who are eagerly waiting for him to go down: "I think that people are just waiting for that time when I make a mistake and they're gonna jump on it….There's gonna be haters. I know I'm not going to make a life-changing bad decision, as some people have. I've seen it happen too many times. I could be my own worst enemy, but I don't want to mess this up."

Aside from their romantic getaway in India last year, real life couple Robin Padilla and Mariel Rodriguez also made their first movie team-up for Star Cinema entitled "Tum: My Pledge of Love".

Robin expressed his satisfaction with the production of the film, he said: "Mas mapagmamalaki po namin na lahat po yan ay India. Lahat po ng extra namin ay nasa India. Ang mga kasama po namin diyan ay mga Indian actors. At ang mga kalaban natin diyan ay mga Indian stuntmen."

Other cast includes Other cast in this film are Datu Khomeini Bansuan, Queenie Padilla, Nash R. Raza and Ejay Falcon.

Robin Padilla also helmed this action-romance movie.

Still no info on the release date.

Singer Kellie Pickler celebrates the first day of 2011 as a married woman as she tied the knot with songwriter Kyle Jacob in an intimate ceremony at a private island in the Caribbean.

Kellie also confirmed the big news via twitter, "Yes, it's true, @kylecjacobs and I said "I Do!" Thank you Jesus!" and added, "Private Island. Caribbean. Cigar in one hand, Rum in the other. Someone just called me "Mrs. Jacobs."....sounds nice :)"

The "American Idol" alum and Jacob got engaged on June 15, 2010 after more than two years of dating.

The romantic relationship of singer Taylor Swift and actor Jake Gyllenhaal have fallen out of tune and reportedly, they decided to break up before New Year's Eve. The media spotlight on their relationship is part of the reason on why they split.

"Jake reached out to her and started all of this, but now he's not acting as interested," a source reveals. "He said he wasn't feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got. He also said he could feel the age difference. Taylor is really upset. We told her not to move so fast with this but she didn't listen."
