Thia Megia and Melinda Ademi failed to deliver a jaw dropping performance after singing "Here Comes The Sun" during the Beatles challenge in American Idol season 10 (February 23) but still, the judges knows that Thia has something special in her voice.

Tonya Harding Welcomes Baby Boy

Former figure skating champion, Tonya Harding, and her husband Joseph Price, welcomed baby boy last Saturday (February 19) at a Washington State hospital.

Harding's friend Don Horn said, "Everybody's healthy and happy. She's always wanted a baby. She was told she could never have a child … and guess what? It really is a miracle and she really is very happy."
Tonya gain popularity by winning the 1991 US Figure Skating title but later on became a disgraced after her involvement in attacking her competitor Nancy Kerrigan in 1994. She was permanently banned by the US Figure Skating Association.

Billy Ray Cyrus: Working on family Issues

Billy Ray Cyrus is working on building up his family after his "explosive, and unintentionally so" statements over Miley Cyrus' behavior and how fame "destroyed" his family in a recent GQ interview.

The 49 year-old actor said in a statement, "It is very important to me to work on mending my family right now."

"My family is the most important thing I have, and we are working together to make sure our future is stronger and healthier. It is all a learning process, and we thank everyone for their support and respect of our privacy as we sort through very important family issues."
Billy Ray is in the middle of a divorce procedure with Miley's mother Tish Cyrus. He also claimed he was "scared" for Miley and he felt that she is receiving bad advice from the people surrounding her.

"Deadliest Catch" Justin Tennison Found Dead. He was 33.

Justin Tennison, crew member of F/V Time Bandit for the reality series "Deadliest Catch", was found dead in a hotel room in Homer, Alaska on Tuesday (February 22). Autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. He was 33 years-old.

Initial reports from the police that there's a small amount of marijuana and several bottles of alcohol were discovered in the room.

Time Bandit captain Andy Hillstrand released a statement via Facebook:
It is with great sadness that the Time Bandit family announces the death of crew member, Justin Tennison. Justin died peacefully in his sleep the night of February 21, 2011.

Justin fished commercially for many years, living in Alaska for 28 years. He worked on the Time Bandit, alongside his second cousin, Eddie Uwekoolani, Jr., serving as Engineer during the tendering seasons, and joined the Time Bandit crew as a deckhand fishing the Red King 2010 and Opilio 2011 seasons. Justin was tough as a bull and was an all-around good hand. The Captains and Crew appreciated his hard work and many contributions this past year. We will miss him terribly and wish his family all the best during this most difficult time.

Justin is survived by a son, daughter, sister, father and grandparents. He was 33 years old.

SYTYCD Judge Mary Murphy is now cancer-free!; beats Thyroid Cancer

The energetic So You Think You Can Dance judge Mary Murphy is in her joyous mood ever as she announced that she's now cancer-free!

Her thyroid cancer was discovered more than three years ago but her decision to go surgery just happened December of last year. Mary confessed that she regrets of not doing the surgery earlier.
"I just wanted to kiss my doctor!" Mary exclusively tells Life & Style. "I definitely feel like there's an angel on my shoulder. I feel like somebody's looking out for me."

The 52 year-old says, "I'm very grateful because I'm so upset at myself that I didn't go in earlier. They told me that the tumor had to come out and there's a chance I might not be able to talk again. Outside of the word 'cancer', I really couldn't imagine my life without hearing myself laugh."
Lesson learned about the importance of having a good health.
"I've always had a pretty good attitude, but now I don't take things for granted as much. I've had a major roller coaster of a life, for sure. But my roller coaster keeps going up and down. I just want to thank all my friends and family and my fans."
Great news.. Prayers for her smooth and continues recovery.

Kapamilya stars joined together to show their support in celebrating EDSA People Power 25th anniversary with a music video featuring the iconic song "Handog ng Pilipino sa Mundo".


Jim Paredes wrote the song and it was performed by Gary Valenciano, ZsaZsa Padilla, Martin Nievera, Vina Morales, Piolo Pascual, Sam Milby, Christian Bautista, Erik Santos, Toni Gonzaga, Juris, Aiza Seguerra, Yeng Constantino and Jovit Baldovino.

George Clooney : "Did Too Many Chicks and Did Too Many Drugs" to Run for Public Office

Actor George Clooney shoots down the idea of future political plans despite his social activism work especially his peace advocacy in Sudan. He thinks his life experiences are too much to handle.

The 49 year-old actor gave a brutally straight forward answer to Newsweek on why he has no political aspirations at this moment.

"I didn't live my life in the right way for politics, you know. I f--ked too many chicks and did too many drugs, and that's the truth." A smart campaigner, he believes, "would start from the beginning by saying, 'I did it all. I drank the bong water. Now let's talk about issues.' That's gonna be my campaign slogan: 'I drank the bong water.'?"
His brutal honesty surely earned him some points. The voting public wants some transparency to their leaders. For the conservative voters, a two thumbs down.
