Matt Damon to Direct a Drama with John Krasinski

Matt Damon will now explore his skills behind the camera for Warner Bros.


This will be Damon's directorial debut in which John Krasinski will star, produce and also co-wrote this film project.

According to THR, "The story centers on a salesman (Damon) who arrives in a small town only to have his life changed."

Selena Gomez and her Alter-Ego In in 2011 MTV European Music Awards promo (VIDEO)

Joining the bandwagon of alter egos is the lovely Selena Gomez in her latest promo campaign for the 2011 MTV EMAs.


In this clip, the usual prim and proper Disney star faces her bad-ass alter ego which has the rapping skills like Nicki Minaj.

The 19-year-old star will host the event on November 6 at 9 p.m., from Belfast, Northern Ireland!

Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi is Dead!

Longtime Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi is dead and reportedly he was captured and killed by rebels in  his hometown of Sirte in Libya on Thursday (October 20).

Still no official confirmation from NATO and the US State Department but photos and videos are now started to surfaced. Gaddafi and his convoy are reportedly trying to escaped from NATO warplanes when they clashed with the rebels. The deposed leader was heavily wounded that resulted to his death.
"We are checking and assessing the situation,"' a NATO official said. "Clearly these are very significant developments, which will take time to confirm. If it is true, then this is truly a historic day for the people of Libya."

NTC official Mohamed Abdel Kafi told Reuters, "Gaddafi's body is with our unit in a car and we are taking the body to a secret place for security reasons."
The question is --- Who will be next respectable leader that can help Libya? Expect political struggles from different factions.

Lindsay Lohan's Probation Revoked; Strange Makeup

Enough is enough for Lindsay Lohan's ways as the court has decided to revoked her probation.

Judge Stephanie Sautner is putting Lindsay in order after the 'Mean Girls' star failed to follow her required community service appointments.

The 25 year-old troubled star was handcuffed and removed from the courtroom then later was released after she posted 100,000 bail. She must also complete her duty at the L.A. County morgue.

Also, making headlines is her courtroom fashion which is somehow scary. Wearing a light blue dress and sky-high gold peep toe pumps plus the heavy dark brown blush and eye shadow.

Lindsay Lohan still got the free pass, at least until her next hearing on November 2.

It's a girl for French President Sarkozy & Carla Bruni-Sarkozy

Singer/actress Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, who is also the first lady of France, welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday (October 19) in Paris --- the new born is the first French presidential baby and also her first with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.


According to reports, Bruni delivered her baby around 8PM at clinique de La Muette. The name of the new born baby girl is still unknown.

President Sarkozy has three sons from two previous marriages, while his wife, has a son from a previous relationship. The two tied the knot February 2008 at the Élysée Palace in Paris.

Literally, a belt of cash for Mark Wahlberg's upcoming action thriller "Contraband". Check out the over photoshopped one-sheet poster of the film.
Set in New Orleans, the film explores the cutthroat underground world of international smuggling--full of desperate criminals and corrupt officials, high-stakes and big payoffs--where loyalty rarely exists and death is one wrong turn away. Chris Farraday (Wahlberg) long ago abandoned his life of crime, but after his brother-in-law, Andy (Caleb Landry Jones), botches a drug deal for his ruthless boss, Tim Briggs (Giovanni Ribisi), Chris is forced back into doing what he does best-- running contraband--to settle Andy's debt. Chris is a legendary smuggler and quickly assembles a crew with the help of his best friend, Sebastian (Ben Foster), for one final run to Panama and back, hoping to return with millions in counterfeit bills. Things quickly fall apart and with only hours to reach the cash, Chris must use his rusty skills to successfully navigate a treacherous criminal network of brutal drug lords, cops and hit men before his wife, Kate (Kate Beckinsale), and sons become their target.
Other cast includes Kate Beckinsale, Ben Foster, Giovanni Ribisi, J.K. Simmons, Lukas Haas, Caleb Landry Jones, Diego Luna, and directed by Baltasar Kormákur.
