Digital Rental Deal: ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ For $.99 Posted: 30 Jan 2012 05:50 AM PST The digital rental deal of the day over at Amazon today is Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides for only $.99. This deal is valid only for today, Wednesday, January 30, 2012, until 11:59pm PST. Once you activate the rental through Amazon's Instant Video on demand service, you'll have access to the movie for 48 hours. If you're interested in purchasing the digital version, the cost is $14.99. Also, if you'd like to own a physical copy of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the Blu-ray/DVD Combo Pack is available for 19.99, while the DVD is $17.23. Indiana Jones Voodoo Doll At Disney’s Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar Posted: 29 Jan 2012 08:01 AM PST Disneyland fan Brad Chowen, of Brad's Disneyland Blog, went last month to Trader Sam's, an Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. While there to view the bar's holiday decorations, he spotted some Indiana Jones-themed artifacts. Encased in glass was the Indiana Jones voodoo doll seen in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, along with a letter from one of the film's characters, Short Round, to "Sam" with instructions to destroy the item so it won't hurt Dr. Jones anymore [...] |
