| Russell Brand Posted Bail after cell phone and window smash Posted: 15 Mar 2012 08:46 PM PDT  Russell Brand is out of jail after posting bail on misdemeanor warrant for criminal damage to property in New Orleans. Russell is reportedly became furious after a photographer used a cellphone to snaps some pictures. Katy Perry's ex-husband allegedly snatched the cell phone and threw it in a nearby law firm's window. Russel paid $5,000 bond and now he must for the damages he committed.
