Some supermodel who shall remain nameless once told me to always squeeze your butt going up and down the stairs and it works! Wearing heels all day every day is also like a workout. It's the simple things that make sense. Like if you're going to the mall, park farther away and walk! Having grown up modeling, I'm very self-aware of my physical appearance. It's hard to grow older, especially in this town where everyone is perfect! They're all 20 years old and gorgeous and I'm now in same dating pool as them, yikes, it's really hard! This town makes you insecure. And yes, I'll cop to a few plastic surgery procedures like Botox and fillers. Rihanna Lost Weight Because Her Father Called Her ‘Fat’ Posted: 13 Mar 2012 06:31 AM PDT Tweet Many of our visitors notices that Rihanna’s figure went from slim to slimmer recently. The reason? Apparently, the singer has been on a diet since her father called her ‘fat’ a while back. From an interview with Heat Magazine: ‘I actually thought she was a little fat last time I saw her.’ ‘When I saw her this time, I thought she was back to her normal size. I used to joke with her, “Robyn, you’re getting too fat!” But I think she’s fine, I think she looked excellent, as everyone saw, at the Grammys. She’s dieting, she’s working out.’ … said Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty. In unrealted news, Rihanna’s father also made the following comment on Rihanna’s ex, Chris Brown: ‘Chris is a nice guy and everyone is entitled to make a mistake in their life – God knows how many I’ve made.’ Hmm… what do you guys think of his remarks?
