Tila Tequila Leaves Rehab After Suicide Scare Posted: 05 Apr 2012 10:04 AM PDT Tila Tequila is now working on her recovery as she's now officially out of rehab! The sexy reality star entered treatment for 30 days due to substance abuse and psychological issues! After her suicide attempt last month, her camp decided to get the psychiatric help she deeply neede.  Rep. for Tila shared to TMZ that she "has successfully completed her program in rehab and has safely made her way back home. She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends. "She is the healthiest she's ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times."
