Hilary Duff: “I want my body back but I’m not stressing about it” Posted: 21 Apr 2012 12:27 PM PDT Hilary Duff, who started exercising very soon after giving birth, revealed to Us Weekly that she isn’t stressed about losing the baby weight, although she does want to regain her figure. “I just started about a week ago at SoulCycle and I’m addicted to it,” she tells Us about her newfound fitness obsession. “It’s a great workout and it’s perfect because it’s only forty-five minutes — where else can you sweat like that in forty-five minutes?” Still, Duff admits she’s not going to extremes to slim down. “I’m not stressing about it. I’m working out because I honestly missed it during my pregnancy –- getting in that good, hard workout. I need endorphins in my life to be a happy person. I want my body back but I’m not freaked out or anything — just working out and trying to eat a little bit healthier.” .. says Hilary, who gave birth one month ago.
