Lisa Robin Kelly: No Jail time over domestic incident

"That 70s Show" actress Lisa Robin Kelly will not be rubbing any steel bars at this moment... The domestic violence charges against her was dropped.

The cops tells TMZ that "the alleged victim -- Lisa's male roommate -- refused to cooperate with authorities, which made the case impossible to prosecute."

The police arrested Kelly last March 31, 2012 after allegedly got involved in a domestic altercation that resulted to a felony charge --- corporal injury upon a spouse.

Looking just the mugshot taken after the incident, Lisa's claimed to be sober is questionable.

Richard Gutierrez's PINOY ADVENTURES airs this Sunday

GMA News and Public Affairs' wants you to explore and learn the fun adventure in the Philippines with the new show, PINOY ADVENTURES!

Hosted by Kapuso star and environmentalist Richard Gutierrez, PINOY ADVENTURES is a weekly public affairs program that is set to go around the country in search for undiscovered paradise, forgotten relics, cultural treasures, and the totally unpredictable adventure that goes along the way.

PINOY ADVENTURES is definitely not an ordinary travel show.

"PINOY ADVENTURES is all about exposing the Filipino viewers to fantastic, magical and astounding places in the country that they rarely see on television. With Richard Gutierrez as their tour guide, it would definitely be one of a kind treat that they cannot miss," adds GMA AVP for Public Affairs Neil Gumban.

Expect Richard, who is widely regarded as the face of reality adventure programs in the country today, to go down and dirty once more as he climbs the steep mountains, braves the deep seas, explores hidden caves, and unearths buried stories.

Program Manager Patty Gutierrez shares "More than a pretty face, Richard has very deep insights on every experience he goes through. He has very sincere appreciation of nature, this beauty on the Philippines and the different culture he encounters. Because of this, it is not difficult to achieve the goal of PINOY ADVENTURES - that is to take the viewers to places that only a few have seen and tell them stories that only a few have heard. And of course, he makes every adventure so much fun to do.

PINOY ADVENTURES is expected to be the latest edition in the list of successful collaborations between Richard and the Kapuso Network's News and Public Affairs group. The list includes the award-winning documentaries Signos, Planet Philippines, Wildlife for Sale, and Oras Na, and the last two seasons of the hit reality show Survivor Philippines.

An adventure-filled Sunday awaits viewers starting May 13, after I-Bilib, on GMA Network's Sunday Grande.
