Kourtney Kardashian Talks Pregnancy Weight Gain Posted: 23 Aug 2012 09:10 AM PDT Kourtney Kardashian, who gave birth to her second child in July 2012, has a few thoughts to share on her weight gain: On how much weight she gained with her second pregnancy: 'I gained nearly 45 pounds. I'm 5 feet tall, so that's a lot.' On what she does to go back in shape: 'While I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy.’ On the fact that she obsessed too much to lose the weight after her first baby: 'I'm so embarrassed that I punished my body for a photo shoot.
