| 'Green Mile' star Michael Clarke Duncan Died at age 54. Posted: 03 Sep 2012 09:29 PM PDT  Actor Michael Clarke Duncan, who earned a nomination for an Academy Award for his role in the 1999 film "The Green Mile," died Monday morning (September 3). He was 54. Duncan's girlfriend Omarosa Manigault issued a statement via her publicist Joy Fehily that Duncan died at a Los Angeles hospital. He "suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered". Some of his film credits includes Armageddon, Daredevil, Planet of the Apes, The Whole Nine Yards and Kung Fu Panda.
