The 33-year-old actress famously struggled to lose the baby weight after her first pregnancy but this time she put in the hard work, and it has most certainly paid off. In an interview with Star magazine the star divulged: 'I devoted six hours a day to a vigorous workout regime. I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio then an hour of Pilates or yoga, three times a day.' The Fools Gold star is famous for her toned and athletic figure and she maintains that keeping active – from biking and pilates to dancing and running – is what keeps her in shape. When she grew to 13st 2lbs at the end of her pregnancy with her second son Benjamin, now one, she was determined to work hard to achieve the body that women worldwide envy. Her top tip for shifting the unwanted pounds in calorie counting, but she isn't averse to the odd treat. 'I'm not a dieter. I'm in the wrong family to be a dieter. Jennie Garth Talks Diet and Workout Posted: 04 Sep 2012 08:38 AM PDT 40 year-old Jennie Garth, who lost a considerable amount of weight recently, showed up at the Azure Labor Day Weekend Pool Party at the Palazzo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and showed off her new slimmer figure in a yellow bikini. Jennie recently opened about the fact that she didn’t just lose weight because of her divorce, but that she actually dieted and exercised – from Us Magazine: A friend of the actress tells Us Weekly that in addition to eating healthy, “She did a lot of outdoor activities: running, hiking and riding her horse.” And that’s when she wasn’t sweating it out at local gym Cold Iron Barbell three times a week. “We don’t use machines here. It’s all free weights,” co-owner Shannon Stewart tells Us of the 90-minute sessions. “We like to do circuits: She’d push over a tractor tire, then do push-ups, then jump rope, do deadlifts and run for a bit.” Dr. Eric Braverman, author of The Younger (Thinner) You Diet, estimates Garth has lost 20 pounds in the last three months. She has now reclaimed the same figure she had in 2007 while rehearsing six hours a day for Dancing With the Stars. “I’m just taking care of myself: Eating less, exercising more, drinking a lot of coconut water,” she told Us on Aug. 23 at Old Navy Denim Pop-Up Bar event in L.A. “I eat a lot of Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt in the morning, salads and proteins the rest of the day and maybe a cupcake if I’ve been a good girl,” Garth explained. “I don’t believe in depriving yourself of things you want.” See more of her next! ... Emma Watson: “My weight has fluctuated between a size 6 and a 10 UK” Posted: 04 Sep 2012 06:35 AM PDT 22 year-old Emma Watson covers Glamour UK this month and she opens up about insecurities, body size and body image: ‘I’ve accepted my body shape more as I’ve got older. I went through a stage of wanting to have that straight-up-and-down model look, but I have curves and hips, and in the end you have to accept yourself as you are.’ Emma added: ‘My weight has fluctuated between a size 6 and a 10. When you’re growing, your body is still figuring itself out and it takes a while to settle down. ‘I keep telling myself that I’m a human being, an imperfect human being who’s not made to look like a doll, and that who I am as a person is more important than whether at that moment I have a nice figure.’ ‘It makes me sad to hear girls constantly putting themselves down. We have these unbelievably high expectations of ourselves, when actually we’re human beings and out bodies have a function. ‘We say that the pressure is coming from men but actually it’s from each other. I think women feel so much pressure these days and it can turn us against each other. But we really damage our own confidence when we put ourselves down, so I try not to.’ Share your thoughts! ...
