| Cheryl Cole becamed the best dressed woman Posted: 07 Apr 2010 01:20 AM PDT  Singer Cheryl Cole has retained her crown as the world's best dressed woman in a poll by the UK magazine, while Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham have slipped down the list.Cheryl has recently sported a series of figure hugging outfits with short, neat skirts, or cut away harem pants, accessorised with hats, as she promoted her new solo material, contactmusic.com reports. Following Cheryl stood singer Rihanna on second place while actress Blake Lively came third. The poll was held by British edition Glamour magazine. Newcomers to the list include Lady Gaga, Florence Welch, Pixie Lott, Leona Lewis and Kristen Stewart. Robert Pattinson was named the best dressed man by the magazine while Katie Price was named worst dressed woman and alongside with her husband Alex Reid, the worst dressed couple.
