Lindsay Lohan's 24th Birthday; Punched by Waitress

A very sad 24th birthday celebration for Lindsay Lohan as she is prevented of boozing up due to her SCRAM bracelet and the most disappointing part is when she was punched by a waitress at L.A. club Voyeur. (July 2)

The "Mead Girls" star tweeted, "A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason".

According to Usmag, a witness says: "The waitress has a history with Doug Reinhardt, and Lohan was hanging out with him. She was jealous, and out of nowhere, the waitress punched her in the face! Doug didn't want any part of it and went to the other side of the booth. Lohan ran out."

What a shocker. It's a nasty birthday gift!

Family of Harry Potter’s Afshan Azad wants to kill her: father and brother charged with attempted murder

Actress Afshan Azad, who plays Padma Patil in "Harry Potter" movies, was allegedly attacked by her father, Abul Azad, and her brother, Ashraf Azad. They threatened to kill the "Harry Potter" actress at her home in Manchester, England. The incident reportedly happened last May 21, 2010.

Afshan's father and brother appeared at Manchester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (June 29) and both of them were charged with attempted murder. Her brother Ashraf is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The suspects were released on bail and the next hearing is set on July 12.

Meanwhile, the Harry Potter series is Afshan Azad's first acting experience. She hasn't acted before joining the cast of Harry Potter. She will also star in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.

Andrew Garfield is the new "Spider-Man"

The new web-slinger that will save the day and will be hated by Daily Bugle's J. Jonah Jameson is Andrew Garfield. The 26-year-old actor will play the role of Peter Parker in the upcoming "Spider-Man" reboot.
"Though his name may be new to many, those who know this young actor's work understand his extraordinary talents," Webb said of Garfield. "He has a rare combination of intelligence, wit and humanity."
Some of Garfield's previous projects are "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus," "Lions for Lambs," "The Other Boleyn Girl" and he also included in the upcoming film "The Social Network" with Justin Timberlake.

The studio will release the film in 3D and will be helm by Marc Webb. Production is set later this year for July 3, 2012 release.

Jane Lynch will guest in "iCarly"

Glee's lady Villain Jane Lynch has secured a guest role on Nickelodeon's hit show, "iCarly".

According to EW, Jane has been cast as the much-mentioned-but-never-before-seen mom of Samantha Puckett (played by Jennette McCurdy).

Jane will start taping next week and will air during the show's third season.

Kelsey Grammer's Wife Files for Divorce

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer (Camille Donatacci) has filed for divorce from her husband/actor Kelsey Grammer, ending their thirteen years of marriage. (July 1)

Camille filed in LA court "irreconcilable differences" as the reason and she's seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their kids (Mason, 8, and son Jude, 5) plus spousal and child support.

The couple's rep. issued a statement: "Kelsey and Camille value privacy. They understand that private lives sometimes get played out in public but ask on this occasion that their privacy – and the privacy of their children – be respected."

This will be Kelsey Grammer's third failed marriage!

Dean McDermott in ICU with Punctured Lung after motorcycle accident

Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott is being treated for a punctured and collapsed lung after engaging another motorcycle accident last Tuesday June 29, the second accident this year.

The reality star was dirt-biking with his friends when the incident happened. He was bleeding heavily and he couldn't move. He was rushed and admitted to an intensive care unit at a Los Angeles-area hospital.
Tori Spelling tells PEOPLE, "He's in a lot of pain. He's taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life." and added ""He's expected to make a full recovery."
McDermott tweeted to all his supporters, "Thanks for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst."

McDermott and his wife, Tori Spelling, star in the Oxygen reality show "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood."

Mel Gibson fires N-Bomb and domestic abuse

A big blow for actor Mel Gibson's image and definitely he will need a bunch of explanations about his violent reactions towards his baby mama, Russian singer Oksana Grigorieva after he was caught on tape having a meltdown, cursing, dropping the N-bomb and the shocking rape comment.
Mel Gibson caught on tape screaming, "You look like a f*king pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of ni**ers it will be your fault."

In another disturbing tirade, Mel also says: "How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice ... I am going to come and burn the f--king house down... but you will blow me first."
It was secretly recorded by Oksana and it is now being used for the custody battle. It seems this is the reason why Mel filed a restraining order against her to prevent this information to come out but the evidence of abuse was leaked out.

Mel has a history of bad temper and tantrums. This is definitely a verbal abuse and Oksana's accusations of being hit in the face by Mel has an impact.

Luigi Seno “Sunday Morning” - "America’s Got Talent" (Video)

Luigi Seno wants to show the deep roster of talents coming from the Philippines as he audition in the reality-talent show "America's Got Talent". The 20 year-old talent received three yes from the judges after performing "Sunday Morning" by Maroon 5. [Video Below]

Luigi is Cebu native who migrate to California in 2001 in search on the so-called "American Dream". Here is a Music major at San Bernardino Valley College.

According to his website, his "mom is the music director and pianist at our church and my dad is a web/graphics designer and a portrait artist." and his wish is to return to the Philippines to visit his relatives.

James Yap want to save the marriage; Full statement released

After TV host/actress Kris Aquino opens up and revealed that she's given up in saving her marriage, Kris' husband/PBA star James Yap breaks his silence announcing that he will do everything to win again the heart of his wife Kris and fix all the troubles in their marriage.

James also said in his statement that he will take care his family which he promise to the late President Corazon Aquino. He also gave his reason why didn't attend the inauguration of his brother-in-law/President Noynoy Aquino.
Here's JAMES YAP's Full STATEMENT"

"Kilala niyo po naman ako. Tahimik at simple lang akong tao. Tingin ko din itong lahat na issues na naglalabasan siguro dapat kami na lang mag-asawa ang mag-aayos in private. Ever since naman, never niyo akong naringgan ng kung-anu-ano tungkol sa relasyon namin ni Kris.

"Kaya konting lang ang gusto kong sabihin.

"Naniniwala ako sa kahalagahan ng pagkakaroon ng buo ang pamilya. Kaya ipaglalaban ko na mapanatiling buo ang pamilya namin ni Kris anuman ang mangyari. Alam ko walang pamilyang hindi dumaan sa ganitong pagsubok. Marami na kaming dinaanang pagsubok ni Kris before and I don't think na ngayon pa kami susuko. Gusto ko talagang i-save ang pagsasama namin dahil syempre, may anak kami at hindi biro ang halos anim na taon naming pagsasama. Umaasa pa rin ako na darating ang tamang panahon na maaayos ang lahat.

"Marami nang lumabas na mga balita at mas pinili ko na manahimik muna bilang paggalang sa ating bagong Presidente Noynoy Aquino.

"May nagtatanong din tungkol sa hindi ko pagsipot sa inauguration ni President Noynoy Aquino. Nagkausap kami at nag-text ako kay President Noynoy at naiintindihan niya ako. Ayokong makadagdag pa sa napakalaking problema na kakaharapin niya bilang bagong presidente ng ating bansa.

"At isa pa, nangako ako kay Mom Cory na hindi ko pababayaan ang pamilya namin. Na-aalagaan ko si Kris, si Josh at si Baby James. Nangako rin kami ni Kris sa harap ni Mom Cory na hindi kami maghihiwalay.

"Alam kong mahirap para sa anak ko ang nangyayaring ito sa amin ng Mama niya pero alam kong darating ang panahon na maiintindihan niya ang situwasyon. May tamang oras at panahon ang lahat.

"Baby James, ginagawa ko ito dahil sa pagmamahal ko sa pamilya natin. Gusto kong mapanatiling buo ang pamilya natin.

"Kris, marami na tayong pinagdaanan na mas mabigat na problema pa rito pero hindi talaga ako bumitaw. Nanahimik ako palagi bilang respeto sa pamilya natin na hanggang sa ngayon ay gusto ko pa ring manatiling buo. Mahal na mahal ko kayo ng anak ko, pati na si Josh na tunay na anak na ang turing ko.

"Inuulit ko, it's final, ipaglalaban ko ang pagsasama ng pamilya natin. At sa tulong ng Diyos , alam kong malalampasan natin ang pagsubok na ito!"
