Paris Hilton avoided jail time; Agrees to Plea Deal in cocaine arrest

Paris Hilton avoided jail time after the plea deal she made with prosecutors, accepting two misdemeanors charges of drug possession and obstructing an officer in connection with her Aug. 27 cocaine arrest in Las Vegas. She will be sentenced to a year of probation.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, If Hilton is arrested during her probation, she will have to serve a full year in jail, according to the plea deal.

"Defendant shall stay out of trouble. Defendant agrees that an arrest for any charge, excluding minor traffic violations for which a citation is issued, shall result in the immediate termination of her probation and the execution of the suspended sentences."

Paris must also complete a substance abuse program, pay a $2,000 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Police found in her purse during the arrest are .8 grams of cocaine, rolling papers commonly used for marijuana and a broken tablet of Albuterol.

Director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck enjoys the incredible chemistry of his lead stars Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp in the thriller flick, "The Tourist".

Von Donnersmarck tells MTV, "Johnny and Angie just got along so well, that was something I could sense straight from the first meeting that we had, the three of us. Believe it or not, Angie and Johnny had never met. Through all the years that they've been king and queen of Hollywood, they had never actually physically met, so I was the first person to ever bring them together. So if nothing else, that was a really historical moment. They just got along so well from the first moment they met that I knew it was going to be a lot of fun making this film. I probably have hours worth of bloopers where they were just laughing because they had so much fun inventing stuff on the fly and letting their incredible creativity run free."

Lindsay Lohan Admits Failing the Court-ordered Drug Test

Actress Lindsay Lohan is now facing jail time after she allegedly violates the terms of her probation. Lohan failed her court-ordered drug test and she was tested positive for cocaine.

Lindsay Lohan admits that she failed her recent drug test and she's taking responsibility for her action.

She tweeted:

Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.

This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences. I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!!

One thing she's right, Lindsay is a work in progress and she needs someone who can discipline her . It seems Lindsay is having a hard time to find people with good influence.

According to the terms of Lohan's probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive test

Morgan Freeman & Myrna Colley-Lee's Divorce Finalized!

Veteran actor Morgan Freeman and his wife Myrna Colley-Lee officially finalized their divorce on September 15 in Mississippi, ending 26 years of marriage.

Freeman's attorney William R. Wright confirmed the divorce, saying "It was done without a trial.Everybody is glad it's over."

The 73 year-old Oscar-winning actor and his ex-wife tied the knot in July 1984 and they separated in December 2007. The divorce was filed under seal in July 2008.

Willie Revillame joins TV5 Kapatid network; ‘Willing Willie’ on Primetime

TV host Willie Revillame is now on high gear and ready to face all legal issues as TV5 network announced that Willie is now a certified Kapatid talent!

According to TV5 Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan (MVP), TV5 just "responded to the public clamor" and the name of Willie's new show is "Willing Willie".

TV5 issued an official statement:

"Fans, supporters and viewers of popular host Willie Revillame will surely have reason to rejoice because their idol will definitely return on TV as a certified talent of the newest and most aggressive broadcast network in the country, TV5. Now an official TV5 Kapatid, Willie will soon be hosting a new variety and game show entitled Willing Willie on primetime which will surely endear him more to his legions of followers all across the country and around the world. The program is managed by Wil Productions Inc. and is co-produced with TV5."

This will be a big challenge to other rival networks and will surely shake the primetime entertainment in Philippine TV.

ABS-CBN fires back with a P486-million damage suit against Willie Revillame for breaching his contract with the Kapamilya network. ABS-CBN claims that his contract will expire in September 2011.

Myka Flores voted out in Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown

The Magan Tribe sent another tribemate home in Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown. They decided to voted out Bubble Gang cast member Myka Flores.

Myka is consider as the weakest castaway in the Magan Tribe and before the Tribal council, Myka was sent to the hospital due to extreme fatigue and her laboratory examination results assured that there was nothing serious about her condition but her absence caused her the game.

The remaining Magan tribe members are Buhawi Meneses, Solenn Heussaff, Mico Aytona and Elma Muros.

Russell Brand arrested for attacking a Photographer!; Released on $20,000 bail

British comedian Russell Brand was arrested for attacking a photographer at LAX in Los Angeles.

Russell is with his fiancee Katy Perry and their going through airport security when Brand reportedly became upset and began pushing and hitting paparazzi who were snapping pictures of the couple. One of the photographers decided to placed Brand under "citizen's arrest."

The 35 year-old actor was booked for battery and later released after he posted $20,000 bail.

Katy tweeted her support to her love one, saying, "If you cross the line & try an put a lens up my dress, my fiancé will do his job & protect me."

His court date is set on October 15th.

David Blaine will now enter to magical world of fatherhood! He and his fiancee/French model Alizee Guinochet is pregnant with their first child.

After Blaine confirmed the baby news to the New York Post, he joked that he is excited to teach the child some magic: "The baby is probably already practicing the breath hold!"
