Randy & wife Evi Quaid Arrested For Burglary

Posted: 19 Sep 2010 04:50 PM PDT

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid were arrested after they invaded a home they once owned and they had been living in the house illegally.

The Quaids are facing felony burglary and a misdemeanor for entering a noncommercial building without consent in Santa Barbara, California on Saturday afternoon (September 18). Added bonus, Evi was also charged with resisting arrest.

The new owner of the house called the police to say that the couple destroyed the place. A contractor showed police more than $5,000 in damages
The owner of the home sent a realtor to the house after an alarm went off Saturday morning. We're told the realtor found the gate codes had been changed, security cameras had all been moved to face up, and Randy had carved his initials in the mailbox.

When the realtor went inside, we're told he found the place trashed -- dirty dishes in the sink, footprints everywhere and clothes that didn't belong to the owner were hanging in the closet.
Adding some icing to the incident the Quaids allegedly broke a $7,000 mirror that had been over the fireplace and replaced it with a photo of themselves.... Very Hilarious!

The couple were also arrested last year for trying to defraud an innkeeper out of $10,000. Evi decided to take the heat and plead guilty to a lesser charge, taking three-year probation.

Actor Andy Whitfield, who plays Spartacus in the Starz series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand", will not be returning to the series for a second season because he is now facing another battle. Reportedly, Whitfield experienced a return of his cancer and aggressive treatment is needed.

Wales-born Whitfield said in a statement, "It's with a deep sense of disappointment that I must step aside from such an exceptional project as Spartacus‚ and all the wonderful people involved. Dean Sheremet doesn't agree with LeAnn Rimes cheating explanation

Posted: 18 Sep 2010 04:35 PM PDT

Dean Sheremet felt betrayed and doesn't agree with his ex-wife LeAnn Rimes about her explanation on why she cheated!

LeAnn claims their seven years of marriage is not "fulfilling".

Dean Sheremet tells Us Weekly, "Age had very little to do with why we got divorced. I was very content and satisfied. I put myself on hold to funnel all my creative energy into her career and our marriage. I was willing to make the sacrifices necessary to have a successful marriage and further her career. I knew, and know, her better than anyone in this world... I was blindsided and shocked that she of all people would do this to the closest person in her life."

Sheremet is now dating photographer Sarah Silver.

Rimes and Sheremet wed in 2002 and they split in 2009 after it was discovered that LeAnn was having an affair with Eddie Cibrian, a married man, who is also her co-star in a Lifetime TV movie "Northern Lights".
