| Kurt Russell To Replace Kevin Costner In Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Django Unchained’ Posted: 30 Sep 2011 05:09 PM PDT  Back in July it was announced that Kevin Costner would be playing a villain in Quentin Tarantino's upcoming film, Django Unchained, who trains slaves to fight to the death for the amusement of slavemaster Calvin Candie, who will be played by Leonardo DiCaprio. Recently, however, Costner had to step away from the role, and now a replacement has been chosen: Kurt Russell. We now also know that the character will be named Ace, and that he takes great joy in making the lives of the slaves miserable while overseeing the plantation. The movie also stars Jamie Foxx as Django, a former slave who teams up with a German bounty hunter (Christoph Waltz) to go back and free his wife, and Samuel L. | Watch Stephen King Read a Chapter From ‘The Shining’ Sequel ‘Doctor Sleep’ Posted: 30 Sep 2011 03:24 PM PDT  It seems that Stephen King has been hard at work on a sequel to his epic 1977 tome of supernatural terror The Shining (which was made into a classic horror film in 1980 by Stanley Kubrick starring Jack Nicholson in one of his most iconic performances) called Doctor Sleep. Last Friday King appeared at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, to accept the Mason Award at the school's Fall for the Book event and during his appearance he entertained his audience by reading a chapter from the forthcoming novel.
