Pink Shows Off The Results of Her 55 Pounds Weight Loss Posted: 18 Oct 2012 10:21 AM PDT A few months ago, new mom Pink was quoted saying: “I just felt like a mess… I gained 55lbs. I think my baby may be part cheesecake." Since then, it seems that Pink managed to lose all her baby weight and she is now proud to show off the results in a bikini on the cover of Shape Magazine. Here’s her story: Pink's tough-as-nails attitude has softened a little bit up since giving birth to daughter Willow Sage in June 2011 — but her body has only gotten more rock solid. The 33-year-old, who is married to motocross racer Carey Hart, gained 55 pounds during her pregnancy, indulging on her favorite sweet treats. "I hate a lot of cheesecake during those nine months," she told Shape magazine. "Also, anything sour; Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, key lime pie." But eight weeks after giving birth — she didn't want to "rush" back into losing weight — she started training with celebrity trainers Jillian Michaels and Jeanette Jenkins. "They both kicked my butt more than any other person I've worked out with," she said. "The're both amazing, and their bodies were all the inspiration I needed to get back into shape." Pink's routine changed up every day, but always included a heavy dose of cardio and a lot of strength training. She did interval treadmill routines, power yoga, and kickboxing. She only sees Jeanette five days a week now, but says she's gotten "great results." The proud mom also feeds herself and her family a mostly vegan diet, with green favorites such as arugula and asparagus, and healthy carbs including cous cous and brown rice. Marks & Spencer Feautres Models of All Sizes in New Ads Posted: 18 Oct 2012 10:12 AM PDT Marks and Spencer recently launched a few new ads that feature their new lingerie and shape-wear lines – but the products are not presented on your typical size 0-2 model. The clothing retailer used models of different sizes (and different ages!) to showcase their collections, ranging from size 10UK to 16UK. Nina Dobrev: “Starving to be skinny isn’t my thing” Posted: 18 Oct 2012 04:56 AM PDT On having a flat stomach: “Six-pack abs? Not me. I have a flat tummy, but I’m not rock hard. If I’m going to be in a bikini, I’ll train more and skip desserts for a couple of weeks. But usually, I work out to feel good.” On her diet: “Starving to be skinny isn’t my thing. When I don’t eat, it affects my mood! On-set, I fuel up with small meals and I’m always grabbing high-protein snacks, like almonds.
