| Taylor Lautner is suing a R.V. dealer Posted: 24 Aug 2010 02:52 AM PDT  Taylor Lautner is suing a R.V. dealer after failing to provide the trailer he ordered. The young actor will be using the trailer while shooting his new film project "Abduction". Lautner is waiting for his 2006 Affinity Country Coach RV worth $300,000 from McMahon's RV and their deal was, the unit must be delivered not later than June 21. The bad news is, it doesn't came on time. The lawsuit pointed out that Lautner undergo "emotional distress" and "annoyance" due to the situation. According to radaronline, lawsuit documents state, "McMahons failed to timely complete the contracted-for-improvements for the Subject RV and further, failed to deliver the Subject RV to SKE in a safe and operative condition as scheduled on June 21, 2010. In fact, when McMahon ultimately delivered the RV, same had multiple safety related problems.....SKE and Taylor Lautner were deprived of the use of and occupancy of the Subject RV, which was preferred to any rented substitute RV resulting in displeasure, annoyance and emotional distress of Taylor Lautner." | Jennifer Aniston plays therapist in Cougar Town Posted: 24 Aug 2010 12:19 AM PDT  Jennifer Aniston will be visiting her friend Courteney Cox on the season two premiere of Cougar Town. The 41 year-old actress will play Courteney's shrink named Bonnie. Exec producer Bill Lawrence tells EW, "Kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life Jules wishes she has." The two got great chemistry in the sitcom Friends which ended in 2004 and they locked lips on FX dramedy Dirt in 2007. Cougar Town's season 2 premieres on September 22. I wanted it to be over" Posted: 23 Aug 2010 11:09 PM PDT  After being hospitalized for "aspirin and a sleep aid" overdose, 'American Idol' Fantasia Barrino reveals that she knew exactly what she was doing and that moment, she wanted to die. The 26 year-old tells VH1 in a new Behind the Music, "I didn't have any fight in me. I didn't care about anything. I just wanted out. At that moment, I wanted out. I wanted it to be over with – all of it, all of that [expletive]." Barrino, who is now facing accusations of having an "adulterous affair" with a married man and a sex tape, was rushed to the hospital after she committed suicide. She claims that her married lover Antwaun Cook lied to her and the wife was actually suing her for ruining their "happy" marriage. Meanwhile, The singer's new album, Back To Me, hits stores Tuesday. | Tiger Woods & Elin Nordegren's Divorce is Final; marriage 'Irretrievably Broken' Posted: 23 Aug 2010 10:37 PM PDT  No more turning back for controversial golfer Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Woods for their marriage is now finally over! Florida's Bay County Circuit Court executed the finality of their divorce. Ms. Nordegren and Mr. Woods issued this joint statement: We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us. Once we came to the decision that our marriage was at an end, the primary focus of our amicable discussions has been to ensure their future well-being. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for them as we adjust to a new family situation, which is why our privacy must be a principal concern. The couple had married in October 2004 in Barbados and have two children, Sam,3, and Charlie,1. No settlement details have been released but previous reports stated that Elin could receive more than $100 million. $100 million is the reasonable worth of payment for the humiliations that Tiger Woods did to her ex-wife Elin with his cheating escapade with strippers and hookers. | Miss Mexico Jimena Navarrete wins Miss Universe 2010; Results and Highlights Posted: 23 Aug 2010 09:25 PM PDT  The 22 year-old Mexican beauty is now replacing Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez, who gave Venezuela a second consecutive win by taking the title last year.  The coronation was held at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, Monday, August 23. It was hosted by Bret Michaels and Natalie Morales. Another crowd favorite which is Miss Philippines Venus Raj entered the top 5 and placed 4th Runner-Up in the competition. Final Results:
