James Van Der Beek's happiness at this moment is sky high as he and wife Kimberly Brook welcomed a baby girl, Olivia, Saturday night (September 25).
 James tweeted, "Had the blessing of becoming a father over the weekend... Couldn't come close to describing this bliss even if I had 140 million characters."

And added, Olivia Van Der Beek, born 9/25. I apologize in advance for any obnoxiously precious new-dad tweets that may follow. I'm under her spell...

The former Dawson's Creek star wants her daughter to love sport, "If I watch football w/ my daughter now, she'll like the sounds of the NFL & want to watch it w/ me when she's older"

Lindsay Lohan Back in Rehab!

Actress Lindsay Lohan admits that she's has a problem with substance addiction and slowly she's trying to clean her act. She entered rehab for the fifth time!

According to TMZ, Lindsay entered a live-in drug treatment facility in Southern California and she plan to stay there until her next court hearing.
The "Mean Girls" actress remains free after she posted $300,000 bail. violated the terms of her probation by failing the court-ordered drug test and she was tested positive for cocaine and amphetamines.

Lohan's next probation violation hearing on October 22.

Kris Aquino Removed from ‘Pilipinas, Win na Win!; ABS-CBN issued Statement

TV host Kris Aquino confirmed that she is leaving ABS-CBN's afternoon variety show "Pilipinas, Win na Win" and her mother station ABS-CBN has released a statement about her status with the said show.

Corporate Communications Head Bong Osorio issued an official statement:
"October 1, Friday will be Ms. Kris Aquino's last day in Pilipinas Win na Win. Management has decided to try a combination of new hosts for the program. The Hitmakers composed of Rico J. Puno, Rey Valera, Marco Sison and Nonoy Zuniga will join Pokwang and Valerie Concepcion in Pilipinas Win na Win on October 2. The program continues to bring fun, games and hope to Filipinos around the world."
Kris wants to set the record straight that she didn't quit but sadly to say,  she was fired!
Kris tweeted, "May I just clarify- I didn't resign or quit. I was asked to leave Win to make room for new male hosts. I'm honest & humble enough to not lie about the true situation."
After the timeslot changes, "Pilipinas Win na Win" still struggles due to low ratings since replacing its top-rating predecessor, "Wowowee".

Definitely,  ABS-CBN is in damage control mode after Kris revealed the situation.

“Pretty Wild” Alexis Neiers working on a book based on her controversial Life

"Pretty Wild" star Alexis Neiers wants to release a book "loosely" based on her infamous life experience which being compared to "Gossip Girl".

The description reads in part, "Think Gossip Girl goes to Hollywood -- It is a cautionary tale as well as a guilty pleasure; the reader is plunged into the crazy, out-of-control world of one of Hollywood's most infamous party girls."
Alexis served 30 days of her 180-day sentence after she pleaded no contest for her involvement in the highly-buzz Burglar Bunch crimes especially in connection with the expensive items worth $600k she steal from the home of actor Orlando Bloom.

Back to his book, Neiers is working with a ghost writer named Sheryl Berk, who lso works with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Britney Spears, and Barney the purple dinosaur.

Maggie Grace releases her fangs for "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn"

Actress Maggie Grace will release her vampire fangs against Bella (Kristen Stewart) as she secured a role for Summit Entertainment's "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn." 

According to deadline, Maggie will play the role of Irina. She's a member of the Denali coven, considered cousins to the Cullen clan as the only other "vegetarian" vampire group. When Irina blames the Cullens for the death of her lover, her actions set in motion a terrifying chain of events.

Behind the camera is Bill Condon. "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" is slated for release on Nov. 18, 2011 while the second part finale will be on November 16, 2012.

'Titanic' Gloria Stuart Dies at 100

Actress Gloria Stuart, popularly known for her role as an older version of Kate Winslet's Rose in "Titanic", has passed away Sunday, September 26. She died of lung cancer at the age of 100 years old.

Gloria was nominated at the 1998 Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actress in James Cameron's epic movie "Titanic" but sadly, she lost to Kim Basinger (L.A. Confidential). She's the oldest actress ever to be nominated for an Oscar.

Gloria movie credits are "The Invisible Man", "Gold Diggers of 1935", "The Prisoner of Shark Island" and "Poor Little Rich Girl".

Gloria Stuart published her autobiography, "I Just Kept Hoping", in 1999, and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2000.

Illeana Douglas wants restraining order against a “mentally ill” woman

"Cape Fear" actress Illeana Douglas is seeking the help of the court against a "mentally ill" woman. She filed a restraining order against a co-worker's wife, who was recently arrested for brutally attacking her husband "with a baseball bat, a chair, [and] a mallet".

The said woman is currently released from jail and Illeana Douglas felt that her life is now threatened.

In the legal documents, Illeana says the woman is "mentally ill" and mistakenly believes, "I am the reason she was arrested" — and has vowed since her release from the slammer to "spend the rest of her life 'getting me.'"

Illeana claims that the crazy woman has threatened her mother and co-workers and promised to burn her house down and completely ruin her career.

Illeana is asking the judge to order the woman to stay at least 500 yards away from her.
