Vanessa Hudgens' sexy hot bikini body for Shape Magazine

Posted: 15 Mar 2011 07:30 PM PDT

Actress Vanessa Hudgens shows off her impressive sizzling hot figure on the cover of the upcoming Shape Magazine's April 2011 issue!

In this issue, the 22 year-old hottie talks about her former beau Zac Efron, fast food addiction and her hard workout for her movie "Sucker Punch".

Vanessa on Zac Efron: "Long-distance relationships are hard no matter what. When you don't have face-to-face time, it's just different. Having an iPhone helped, but it wasn't the same. We grew up together. It was nice to have someone to share all those experiences with. It was a good thing. The relationship kept me grounded and because I was with someone who knew me so well, I didn't need to try to be someone that I'm not."

Vanessa on fast food addiction back in 2007: "I was so unhealthy. I used to go to Cold Stone Creamery, get a tub of Butterfinger ice cream and eat it all before bedtime. And my fingers were permanently stained orange from Cheetos. When I came back [to High School Musical], I almost couldn't get my costume on. When I finally got it zipped up, my boobs were up to my chin!"

Vanessa on her intense training: "I knew it was going to be hard but I didn't know how hard. In the beginning I could dead lift 135 lbs. By the end, I lifted 180 lbs. I was a monster … Exercise is amazing from the inside out. I feel so alive and have more energy."

TV5 Files Complaint Against Skycable; ABS-CBN issued a statement

Posted: 15 Mar 2011 07:12 PM PDT

The competition heats up for the Kapatid Network and the Kapamila Network! TV5 is seeking immediate action from National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) as they filed a letter of complaint over Pilipino Cable Corporation's "continued refusal to include UHF Channel 41 in its Sky Cable channel line-up." (Sky Cable is an ABS-CBN Corporation subsidiaries)

Previously, on February 18, 2011, TV5, through its Legal Department Head Atty. Christine Ona, sent Pilipino Cable Corporation a letter informing the latter that AksyonTV (UHF Channel 41 on free TV) would commence its broadcast on February 21, 2011. By means of the same letter, TV5 thus requested Pilipino Cable Corporation for the channel assignment of the said free-to-air channel on Sky Cable. AksyonTV is TV5's 24-hour news and sports channel on the UHF band.

However, despite TV5's aforesaid letter-request for Sky Cable's compliance with the NTC's "must carry" rule on the broadcast of free TV channels by all cable operators, Pilipino Cable Corporation has to date not acceded to TV5's request for inclusion of its AksyonTV UHF Channel 41 in Sky Cable's channel line-up.

At any rate, in its letter-complaint filed today with the NTC, TV5 cites Pilipino Cable Corporation's "clear act of unfair trade competition" and accordingly requests the NTC to sanction Pilipino Cable Corporation for its "highly illegal acts" that are "prejudicial to the rights of [TV5]." In addition, TV5 calls on the NTC to "investigate the matter" and "impose appropriate penalties" against Pilipino Cable Corporation for the cable operator's alleged unfair trade practice. Pilipino Cable Corporation is owned and controlled by ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, a competitor of TV5 and AksyonTV.

Sky Cable via ABS-CBN Corporate Communications head Bong Osorio issued a statement regarding the complaint:
"Skycable's capacity at the moment is full, hence we are not able to comply with the Aksyon TV accommodation. Skycable is studying how to increase its channel capacity which may take some time due to dependencies on the technical end. Skycable is looking at the concerns of Aksyon TV."
